I didn't really want to write to you anymore but I have to do it to finally get closure. I think they were all right when they said it was just a summer romance, that we were too young and that we wouldn't survive a long distance relationship.
You always told me not to listen to them, but in the end I should have listened to them and ended it with you straight away, it would have saved me a lot of pain.
But I really loved you, with all my heart, with everything I had and I tried to give you all the love I had.
Maybe it wasn't enough for you, maybe it was too complicated for me, maybe I hoped for too much.
But it doesn't matter, the new year has begun and I want to finally end things with you.
I don't think you intend to do that, but if you do, please don't write me back. I won't read it anyway and will burn it straight away.
