Today my best friend mason since like.. forever and I were going to a lake, it was about an hour away so good think he knew how to drive. We have been best friends since i was 5 and he was 6 so 10 years. We haven't seen each other all summer due to me having camp and him filming a movie. So today was the perfect day.
By the time we got to the lake it was about 3PM and there wasn't a-lot of people, it was me, mason and only 4 other people we didn't know.
Since i was wearing my bathing suit underneath my clothes i just took them off, mason was already wearing his swim trunks so he only removed his shirt. After we set up we immediately jumped into the water.
MASON POV——
Not too long ago i got to the lake with the girl i was absolutely in love with. My best friend, we haven't been with each other in so long. She looked absolutely gorgeous in her bathing suit (not sexually), we had been playing around in the water like we did when we where kids, no matter what she did she was absolutely beautiful. we were dunking each other in the water and splashing water at each other, next thing you know we are really really close. Oh you have no idea how bad i wanted to kiss her. She turned her head and we made eye contact, i could feel myself getting warm. It made me feel weird inside, but a good weird? "Hi.." i said barley above a whisper. "Hi." she responded smiling. I looked at her before holding her face in my hands and kissing her. but she didn't pull away? I pulled away "Y/N..i think i love you..no..i do love you." I said without a care in the world. "i love you too." She said
