Hello there dear reader, Im sure we both know why you're here and I intend to help cheer you up, if you'd allow it.

If you're hyperventilating I want you to follow my breathing. Slowly in.......... And slowly out........ nice and deep. Following me in....... And out......... letting your mind just drift as you follow me. Just keeping that slow... even pace.

Now I won't do a countdown to drop you , because counting can be stressful can't it? Instead I want you to continue taking deep deep breaths as I talk at you, I'll distract your mind instead. And this distraction takes place in the woods

A fairly sunny day and you're following a trail with me.  Walking along steadily. Your mind wandering between all the sounds of birds gently chirping, and singing. Maybe you focus on that noise. Maybe you focus on me and whatever I'm talking about .. but you just eventually .. drop down for me. Into a light trance.

Ans noticing this, noticing you drifting along I lead you off the trail. To my cabin. Inside you can see a fireplace with a tv above it. A coffee table with the most gorgeous  pocket watch you've seen- but we're not using that today. Notebooks. Coffee cups I forgotten to drink

But you forget to pay attention to all of that as I pull you on the couch

Ans you just fully drop down deep

Down down and down

Doing so well for me , aren't you?
There's a dear

And you know my cabin is open whenever you want it. Whenever you need to breathe.

Safe with me

Wrapped in a blanket

Right by the fire

And this time, I won't wake you, you can leave this fantasy whenever you'd like. You can stay for as long as you'd like
