08 | BETWEEN SHADOWS

Adeline is currently sitting in a comfortable vanity chair in her dressing room reading the comments on her latest instagram post.

Yesterday in the early hours of the morning Adeline finally announced her new album Between Shadows on social media, where through her voice and songs explains why she has been inactive in the music industry for so long.

When she comes across Lando's comment and reads it, a spontaneous smile lights up her face and a slight pink blush fades with her blusher.

It has been two weeks since the Australian Grand Prix. The morning after the race, Adeline forced herself to get up early and get on a plane straight to LA.

Although Adeline didn't want to leave yet, and is unwilling to admit that this desire not to leave is related to a certain boy with ocean-coloured eyes, whom she had not been able to say goodbye to, the rush to return to Los Angeles was due to the fact that she had to finish touching up the album, which was to be released in a few weeks.

These last two weeks have been very busy for her, between the album and the music videos, she almost forgot to attend The Tonight Show today.

"And...Ready!" Exclaims the young girl who is touching up her makeup, pulling the brush away from her face.

Adeline lifts her head from her phone and looks at her reflection in the mirror, then turns to the girl and thanks her and gives her a smile.

The girl picks up the brushes and the products she was using from the table and goes out the door, but first she tells her that she will be out in about five minutes.

At that, Adeline uncrosses her legs, gets up from her chair and starts walking around the small room playing with her rings nervously.

Today she will have to talk about her new album, they have not confirmed it but it is more than clear. She'll have to talk about what it's about, what kind of songs it has, and the worst part, to whom it's dedicated to.

It is not news that the relationship between Adeline O'Connor and Caleb Davies ended up disastrously bad.

Months after breaking off their relationship of more than 5 years, Caleb wrote and released a song. Attention. Although Caleb always denied it in interviews, everyone knew that the song was dedicated to the recent but up-and-coming pop star, Adeline O'Connor.

Back then, a few years earlier, Adeline released her debut album, which people loved, and her fame was growing by leaps and bounds, until that one blissful song released by Caleb put her through her worst moments.

Up to this point, only Caleb has told his side of the story, but that is about to change.

"... and welcome to Adeline O'Connor!"
