"Can you explain what a robot is?"asked Jean. N responded, "We can be considered as self-aware metallic containers." Uzi chimed in, introducing themselves with a smile,
"I go by Uzi, this is V" Meanwhile, V was occupied with playing with bubbles. Uzi, gesturing towards N, proudly proclaimed, "And this is your savior, N."
"So why are you here?" asked Jean. "The real question is what did you do to anger that officer?" responded V with a grin."
"We're from the future and our spaceship had a problem while traveling" answered N trying to cool off the situation.
"So you're telling me you're from the future, and you don't know about this big war going on right now?", asked Jean. "Although it may sound like we are awful individuals when you put it that way, in reality, we're just from a distant future," answered N.
"To summarize, Germany embarked on a campaign to invade its neighboring countries, encountering opposition from France and the UK in their attempt to thwart the German advance."
"However, despite the valiant efforts of France, they proved to be no match for the overwhelming might of Germany," said Jean in a serious tone.
"It was a devastating defeat," said V. "And now Germany has integrated Alsace-Lorraine and forced French citizens to become German or to flee," added Jean.
"Let me guess, like rebellious teenagers refusing to obey their parents, you said no to the Germans and are fighting them" asked V,
"Look, we saved you, but we don't want to be dragged into this conflict" said Uzi,
"What, people are dying, Uzi, we have to help them" said N,
"I think we should carefully analyze the situation to determine which side is morally right. We cannot make a decision solely based on the information provided by one person," said V. "Yeah, V is right," added Uzi.
"Do you guys have the newspaper of the day?", asked Jean. N stepped outside for a moment, but quickly returned with a paper in hand, saying, "There you go,"

Jean then stopped talking, and read the article as if his life was dependent on it, and 10 minutes after that, he came back frustrated.
It wasn't the signal he expected .
N asked, "What's the matter?"
"I have nowhere to sleep tonight," Jean replied. "It's freezing outside. Can I stay here for the night and continue my journey tomorrow?"
Empathy surged within Uzi as she considered Jean's plight. Without hesitation, she intervened.
"Of course, you can sleep in my bed. I'll find another place for myself."
Jean hesitated, asking, "Are you sure?"Uzi reassured him, her voice filled with kindness.
"Absolutely. Being a robot, I don't need a proper bed. Don't worry, it's perfectly fine."
N asked, "Want to play a hand of Rumi?" V replied unenthusiastically, "Oh no, I don't."
But after Uzi whispered something in her ear, a lightbulb appeared on her screen, and she said, "Oh yeah, sure thing, N." N didn't investigate further; he was just thrilled to play cards with someone new. "
Alright, let's go," said Jean. And they played cards till late at night.
Jean yawned, "alright guys I'll go sleep, see you tomorrow", said Jean. After retiring for the night, V headed to her room on the ship.
(Play this for better atmosphere)
The rooster could be heard from outside the ship, this would be their clock for the duration of their stay.
The Trio woke up, though Jean didn't. His backpack lay open, papers spilling out, catching V's eye.
As she began to read, she discovered a note addressed to Max, warning of a Gestapo raid on their Strasbourg hideout.
The gravity of the situation became apparent, and she understood why he appeared so distressed.
Despite having nowhere to turn, he bravely chose not to endanger those around him, even at the risk of his own life.
This is the first time V felt something, and it was appreciation for this man, this was the first time she appreciated someone from trying to keep her safe".Jean then woke up to the sight of V rambling through his stuff.
"Hey don't touch that this is sensitive information." said Jean half awake. "So that's why you were angry yesterday?" V asked, leaving the duo with lots of questions.
"What do you mean?" they inquired.
"This person had no place to go after their hideout was discovered by the Germans. All of their friends were caught, yet they decided not to put us in danger.
Despite the possibility of losing their own life, they made that choice. Worker drones and Jean are complete opposites, and yet Jean has even fewer capabilities than them.
Even when facing an entire nation, he holds his head high and never gives up. That's what worker drones lack - courage. And that's exactly what I see in you, Uzi. That's why I'm proud to call you my friend."
