Sludge Incident
After the reception, Izuku & Mirabel were getting ready to leave, right now there were talking to Mirai, Sorahiko, & Chiyo
"Wait, you guys are staying?" Izuku said
"Yes, our time training you two is complete, we're gonna let Batman & the others do the rest." Mirai said "I have to get back to work at my agency, but it was a real honor training you two & spending time with you, Izuku."
"Besides, after what you told us about Toshinori, we decided to have a word with him." Sorahiko said
"Try not to break any bones while using your quirks." Chiyo said "& don't forget to call us."
"I understand & I will." Izuku said
"Yo." A voice said
They looked & saw Fern
"Fern, what are you doing here?" Izuku said
"Rick sent me to come get you, he's waiting at Granny Himari's house." Fern said "Hey Chiyo, Sorahiko, Mirai."
"Fern, you know you can call us Grandma, Grandpa, & Uncle." Chiyo said "Anyone who is a family of Izuku's is a family of ours."
"Right, right." Fern said
"Anyway, we'll see you guys later." Izuku said
"Stay safe out there, Izuku." Mirai said
As the trio were on their way
"Hey Fern, good news, Izuku & I are officially together." Mirabel said
"Mathematical, it's about time." Fern smiled "Did you run into any of those idiots."
"No, you were right about Uncle Hound not inviting them, but he did invite Aizawa & Emi." Izuku said
"Izuku stabbed his hand even though he told him not to touch him." Mirabel said
"I would've cut his hand clean off." Fern said
"I also made amends with Grandpa Sakazuki." Izuku said
"Great, does that mean he's gonna be involved in our Haki training?" Fern asked
"Yes." Izuku said
"Cool." Fern said
Just then, Izuku noticed some smoke from a distance as a few police cars drove by.
"What's going on?" Mirabel said
"Don't know, but it looks like there's trouble." Izuku said
"Think we should check it out?" Fern said
"Yeah, let's go." Izuku said
The trio went to the source of the smoke & what they saw was fire & a crowd of people watching. Izuku then noticed a villain made out of green sludge, but he also a saw someone with blonde hair & red eyes entrapped in the villain
"Is that...Katsuki?" Izuku narrowed his eye
"Katsuki? That kid who bullied you when you were younger?" Mirabel said
"Yeah, that's him." Izuku said
"I think he got himself in a situation." Fern said
"Knowing Katsuki, he possibly just charged in towards that villain to make himself look like a hero only for him to end up getting himself in danger." Izuku said
"Typical." Fern scoffed
"This is bad, Kamui?" A female hero said
"I know, Mt. Lady." Kamui said "Damn it, why did that kid have to try to play the hero?"
