'Honeymoon Tickets'

"Lakshmi, chalo mere saath kitchen mein" Neelam says, taking her by the arm

"Kya hua mummy ji" Lakshmi says, smiling but confused

"Are...kuch nahi, dekh rahi thi main, kaisy woh Bano tumhe ghoor rahi thi, pakka koi fazool sawal puchne ka soch rahi hogi tumhe sabke samne awkward karne ke liye" Neelam explained maturely

Lakshmi smiled at her mother in law, she cared for her to such an extent, and she wouldn't trade for anything in the world, her smile, noticed by Neelam was asked about by her, but Lakshmi just started tearing up, to which Neelam cleaned her eyes, making sure not to ruin her base

"Bas bas, rona bat, itni pyari lag rahi ho, phir saara makeup phel jayega" Neelam said, smiling at her, to which she changed her expression from gloomy yet grateful, to happy and grateful

They were still having their talk, when Rishi came inside the kitchen, in search of Lakshmi (obv). He was looked at by the mother-daughter duo and makes his OG puppy face, getting jealous of the relationship between them

"That's not fair, mere saath toh kabhi nahi hua aise...haan mom?" Rishi asked his mother, making his cute OG puppy face again 

"Aww, acha nahi, par tum pehle kuch acha kaam toh karo, aisa karo...ye joh decorators aye the na, unki payment kar do aur kal servants ka pay day hai, unhe aaj advance de do" Neelam says, before leaving the kitchen to call Sonia and Ahana, telling Lakshmi to bring the sweets

Lakshmi was about to take the sweet dishes out of the fridge, when suddenly Rishi hugs her from behind, making her turn red due to fear and embarrassment, clenching her fists, she told Rishi to quit it

However, Rishi ignored her, and continued with his session, he was in the middle of kissing her neck when he heard footsteps of a group and shifted to a distance, fixing Lakshmi's hair as to how they were before

Sonia, Ahana, and Shalu Bani came inside to help Lakshmi arrange the sweet dishes on the table but once entered, they could sense something fishy, RishMi's face had turned red, and Lakshmi was breathing heavily

Rishi cleared his throat and left quickly, fixing his tuxedo, giving the illusion that he came to the kitchen to do something important

Sonia, Ahana, and Shalu Bani laugh at what they have just witnessed and go to help Lakshmi take the sweet dishes and place them on the table carefully, attracting the guests to the dining table once again due to the heavenly smell

Lakshmi, along with the slight help of her Nand's and sisters had made Sheer Khurma, Mango Delight, and Ladoo (A classic/Rishi's favourite) 

The ladoo's had that silver coating of sweet sheets, which Rishi loved, and it also made the ladoo's look fancier

The guests came there to try the sweet dishes and once again, it was proven that Lakshmi was a great cook, as everyone praised her food once again, loving the food and desserts

Rishi came, along with Ayush after paying the decorators and servants their fees, and Rishi's smile was to die for when he saw the ladoo's, which made Lakshmi smile deeply

Rishi came and took one for himself, but before eating it, he went to Lakshmi, and in front of everyone, gave the ladoo to Lakshmi, feeding her with utmost love and care, making the guests adore them, while some giggled

Lakshmi smiled at him, then blushed when she realised people were staring at them, and created distance between herself and Rishi, disappointing him, but he couldn't deny it, people WERE staring and laughing at the love birds with awe

Later, when the party was almost over, Ayush decided to make everyone play a game, and they couldn't disagree, as it was a couple game in which they had to see who knows each other better

He made the announcement and gathered everyone in the hall for it, the adults were talking about random things, while the married couples had started their game

Sonia, being told by Ayush. brought 2 whiteboards and 2 markers, where the couples had to write each others answers, and show at the same time before they run out of time, and if both are correct, they get a point

In 20 rounds, whoever has the most points, wins the game, and will leave with 2 flight tickets to a location of their choice, after everyone had cleared their doubts, the game commenced with joyful screams

The first couple, which is obviously our RishMi, sat on the chairs and were asked a question, to which they wrote down their answer in the time span of 10 seconds

"3...2...1...Flip!" Ayush said once the time was up

RishMi flipped their boards and showed their answers to the question "Favourite colour?". Rishi had written down purple, while Lakshmi had written down black and both were correct

"First meeting" was the second question, to which they both replied with 'Rishi's office while running away from an auto driver', making their friends and siblings giggle 

The game went on that way and the couple finished with 19 points out of 20, and they were pretty confident about their success, when the rest of the couples started

In the end, out RishMi couple won the game, and were given 2 flight tickets to the location of their choice, making them smile, while Rishi smirked as he knew this would be their chance of an unforgettable honeymoon
