I told Kayla that we're going to the boys apartment for Luke's birthday

We both got dressed and as usual we get there at 3 instead of 2

Luke answered the door with a sassy look "you're late" he tells us "what are you our teacher?" I replied as he stepped aside letting us in

I gave him a hug and a kiss wishing him a happy birthday again

Me Jack Kayla and Luke sat around talking on the couches

Mr and Mrs Hughes came not long after and all of us talked then went out for a birthday dinner

It was nice, I tried paying for me and Kayla but Mr.Hughes refused to let me

Honestly I like Mr Hughes and I think he likes me and Kayla but he's more with the guys than us so it's hard to tell

We all went to the boys apartment and Luke opened me and Kayla's gifts

I got him two parts for his gift. One was a joke and the other was kinda cute

I gave him the two bags and he opened the joke one first

He pulled out the shirt that had I love my girlfriend and inside the heart was a picture of me

"No way" he started laughing a little and I laughed a little too he showed everyone else "ok open your actual gift now" I told him and he opened the second bag

I wrote him a little card that I think was super cute then I got him a basket of all his favorite things that he's told me he likes and I made us little bracelets to match and a mini picture collage of pictures of us

It had the ones from the wedding, then this one of us at the lake, he really likes this one cause he's mid pushing me in the lake so my face was really bad but he loves that stupid picture. There were so many little pictures that we have of us together

My gifts weren't like big expensive crazy gifts they were little things that I thought he would like

"You actually put the lake picture" he laughed looking at the different pictures "you look so funny" he continued giggling "yeah and you're standing there laughing like a goof" I huffed 

"Thank you Trinity I love it" he put his arm around me giving me a little side hug while we sat

He opened Kayla's gift and thanked her too

When Kayla and I were leaving mrs Hughes talked to me for a second

"I really loved your gift for Luke" she told me "thanks, I was trying to think of stuff he needed but I didn't really know so I just got him whatever reminded me of him" I shrugged "the basket had everything he liked in it that was really sweet, it shows you listen to him" she replied "of course I do, and also we're together so often I kinda see what he does and eats and I don't know stuff" I explained "then the pictures, he loves that, I saw his face looking at the pictures he lit up" she nodded "good I was kinda worried he wouldn't like it very much" I added "honestly, he'd like anything you gave him" she told me

We said bye to everyone and then we left

The next day I went to the boys apartment to pick up Luke

We went out for dinner at this nice restaurant along with Jack and Kayla mostly because we didn't want to be suspicious that the two of us were alone at a nice dinner in case someone were to see us

Of course, I paid for dinner, and then we all went back to our apartment and had the cake i baked for luke

Then we did a little roommate swap and Luke stay at our apartment while Kayla went with Jack

The two of us just stayed in together with a movie on in the background while we were kissing on the couch that led to us going to my room and doing something we haven't done sober
