Introductions

"You okay Chae?" Minju displayed a smile, "You've been spacing out for a few minutes now." The younger whispered, gently placing her hand over her own, playing with her fingers when Jennifer started to scream, mentioning that their drama just aired.

"Aside from her screaming," Chaewon glared at Yunjin "Nothings wrong, this set up, you with my members everything's perfect." Chaewon voice is low not wanting to bring attention to them, theres that soft look from Minju, Chaewon feels a strong pull. As if there was a tiny string pulling them together, Minju rests her head on the other's shoulder, eyes locked on the idol.

Minju then whispers, "Your perfect"

Her words sent Chaewon's heart in a frenzy, but even with the riot in her chest, she cant help but feel at peace like this, with Minju holding her hand and holding her gaze, the feeling of them being the only ones that mattered, the feeling that the only thing holding them apart was the worlds restraints. This felt the final chance for them to re-write their story, it was more than fate, they knew that, being able to be in each others presence was enough to fulfill them, the last exchange of smiles were given when they felt the eyes of her members on them.

Chaewon slowly pulled away, Sakura raised her brow, trying to catch the attention of Chaewon who was trying to do the exact opposite, she knew they were still a few feelings attached but she lied deep down believing she was moving on.

The first episode was over 30 minutes long, the shocked faces of the members when the screen evaporated into darkness, showing all the actors and actresses that were in the cast, mouth hanging low eyes slowly making her ways to Minju, quickly erupting into a wild smile, very happy with the results.

"Woah Unnie, that's the best drama I've ever seen!" Eunchae cheered jumping from her seat hugging Chaewon from behind as a way to congratulate her, the members followed their maknae all pilling up on each other, Sakura was the one that signaled Minju to join them.

After holding this positions for a few seconds they soon drifted away and started posting on their story to checkout Chaewon's new drama tagging Minju, both of them were met with congratulations from the IZ*ONE members, Yena being the most enthusiastic, teasing Chaewon about it, seems like she also knows. One particular message captured both their eyes,

"Check twitter" -Hyewon

"For what?" Chaewon questioned. She quickly launched the twitter app on her phone. She was greeted by a flurry of notifications and trending topics, her eyes widened as she saw two keywords dominating the trending list: "The last chance," "Chaewon" "Minju" and "2Kim". Chaewon clicked the hashtags, it wasn't the first time she was on the trending list but her name being paired with Minju's was definitely a first, her eyes darted across the screen, absorbing the words written by viewers.

They still carry the same amount of impact they had since their IZ*ONE days, can't believe we're seeing them together again🥹. They've been able to het this drama on trending, carrying the whole show already.

Chaewon glanced over at Minju trying to figure out her reaction to see if they were reading the same thing, safe to say they were letting out small giggles at the praises they were getting.

"It's funny seeing them go crazy after watching us interact isn't it?" Minju began shifting so she could sit closer to Chaewon, scrolling further and further into the comment section. A throaty laugh coming out of her.

"Just wait until they here about the confirmation about us dating." Chaewon smirked envisioning the both of them betting flooded with notifications from their fans and their past members, the only people who knew about the dating new was the entirety of Le sserafim, Yena, Yuri and Eunbi who later told Hyewon over the phone, they were planning on telling the others but settles on making them find out of their own, wanting to see the shocked faces and reactions.

"I hope you know im proud Chae." 

In the most sincere voice that Minju could have ever told her, Chaewon knew this, but hearing the younger say it to her upfront and completely honest was something much better, her stomach started to swirl again, heart starting to pace.

"Of course I know that, "My soon-to-be girlfriend" 

Minju smiled at the response knowing the very next morning their article was going to be released.
