It felt like it took hours of convincing him to tell me who he meant to text, a couple of light hexes and almost begging.

"Fuck! Alright. I meant to text Mattheo." He put his hands up in surrender, before sitting on his bed.

"Mattheo?! Why?!" My expression dropped. I was so confused.

"He kept talking about your story last night. Wondering if you were having fun, and if you actually liked Anthony. I didn't ask why. I thought he'd like an update." He shrugged.

"Look," I took a deep breath, "I'd appreciate if you didn't tell him anything about me from here on out."

I watched his expression change.

"Why?! He's like one of your closest friends of all of us." Enzo asked sitting up.

"He didn't pick my side in the fight with Astoria. I just don't want him to know much." I tried to look convincing.

"What so we all can't hang out anymore?" He was growing angry.

"We can! It'll just be for a bit. Until I'm not mad at him anymore." I nodded.

"Rubbish." He scoffed.

"Please?" I begged.

"Fine. It'll get out another way. Better go tell Theo and Draco too. We all talk, us boys." He rolled his eyes.

"You're worse than girls." I shook my head before exiting his room.
