It's the 25th of December and I'm on my way to Nkosiyabo's house. Honestly I don't know what I'm doing.. Asemahle went to her family yesterday and my parents are on a baecation overseas to celebrate their 30th anniversary and I actually don't know where my siblings are but they'll all be home for New Year's.

I arrive after 30 minutes of driving. Oh and by the way I actually bought a new car 2 months ago. It's a red kia and I love it so much shame. I kill the engine and just sit thinking about my life choices. The yard is filled with cars and I'm actually regretting this so bad but ke I have no choice.

I walk into the yard, carrying a packet filled with sweeties for the children, another packet that has braai meat and vegetables then a bottle of wine.

"Sanibonani" I say as I walk into the kitchen. "Hawu Snethemba!" Anathi says walking towards me. "I'm so glad that you could make it" she says hugging me and taking the gifts. "Unjani ntombi" Nolwazi asks me. "I'm good guys Nina ninjani?" I say sitting on one of the island chairs. "Ayi siyaphila, I've missed you so much yazi" Ziphezihle says." I've missed you too shame" I say and it's actually true, I miss them so much.

"Guys sicela inyama ye-" someone says. Phela I can't see them coz I'm busy making a salad behind the kitchen table. "Snethemba" I turn around to see Nkosiyabo. "Oh hey" I say looking at him. "Ufikile.. well thank you for coming.. and you look pretty" he says. I'm dressed in a white silky dress that is just below my knees with some no-name sneakers. "Thank you" I say. "Yeah.. sure.. erm okay" he says before leaving. "Yoh! Waze wamenza nervous umntwana" Nothando(Nkosiyabo's younger sister)
"Haybo" I say,.finishing up my salad.
"Ayi cha impela shame, the man is in love with you Snethemba" Anathi replies.
"Well I guess it's one sided ke" I say cleaning up.
"Njo! Shame umntaka Mah bandla" Ziphe says.
"Don't lie on a public platform Sne" Nolwazi says.
"Siyazi nje sonke ukuthi usamthanda Snethemba. Why uzicishisa i- nice time" Anathi says.
"Haybo nna ke happy kele 1"
"Weeh mahh. Girl just stop being stubborn and just go back home njengo Seemah who went back to Ghost and Siyamthanda who went back to Arjin. Buyela nje ntombi there's no shame in that" Nothando says while sipping wine.
"Guys it's not that simple. This guy hurt me like bad,bad,bad so I can't just forgive and forget kanjalo nje.. kusafanele athi ukusebenza kancane"
"Hawu but the last time yall were good nje like there were even pics of you together manje?"
"As I said, he needs to sweat kanti nje then I'll think about it"

It's now like 5pm and I'm going inside each and every room in this huge asf house looking for my baby. He wasn't outside with someone and so now I'm worried looking for him as I walk down a corridor, I bump into Nkosiyabo and I literally fall down.
"Snethemba, ncese" he says before pulling me up.
"It's fine, nami bengingabheki ukuthi ngiyaphi" I say fixing my dress. As I am about to walk out to the kitchen, Nkosiyabo calls me.
"Yeah?" I say walking towards him.
"Ngicela ukukhuluma nawe, just for a few minutes" he says leading me into a random room. He sits on the bed and I decide to sit also.
"What is this about?" I ask impatiently.
"I miss you. So much" he says taking my hands.
"Nkosiyabo mfethu you know why nje"
"Ngiyakthanda Snethemba. I know I haven't been the best but just give me one last chance and I promise I won't fumble it again. Ngiyakuthanda Ma wengane yami and I will never stop, I promise" he says slowly.
Suddenly he leans in to kiss me and I respond. One thing turns into another and we end up sleeping with each other😭.
