Looking down at my hands the chipped nailpolish I've never seen before sent a thought through my head.

“Mom…?” The words slowly slide from my lips.

“What's up?” The redhead asks, tilting her head up to me.

“Mother…?”

The blonde turned back to me, “yes?”

Todo, I have a feeling we're not in Kansas anymore.

My mouth dropped, staring at the two in absolute horror.

At least the great house makes since.

Gay parents are amazing.

“Sweetheart?” The redhead- uh… Mom questions standing up. “Is something the matter?”

A hand was settled over my forehead, “Would it be so bad if I said… I think I have amnesia?”or the fact I'm obviously from another world.

They were silent for a bit,

“Are you trying to get out of going to school?” Mother asks leaving a sigh to exit my throat.

“School?” I repeat making a disgusted face.

The answer was all they needed to agree on the topic.

Mom came to my side, leaning against the table “it's a new school, you'll be fine”

Great.

I have to start school over again? What bullshit is that?

I didn't do anything bad in my past life.

(╥﹏╥)

With a groan I left their grasps reaching down to grab a piece of breakfast, biting on it aggressively. “Fucking fine.”

“Watch your fucking language.” Mother growls out, smacking the back of my head.

“Look who's talking!” I mutter back.

The forgotten woman in the room sighed, picking up her keys. “Melissa.” She spoke warningly.

Mother retreated, returning to the food she set out.

“Y/n. School” she easily says dropping the keys into my hands.

Making a face at her I turned on my heel, heading towards the foyer I was just in. As if I'm heading to some dumb school again. I've already gotten a college degree.

I slide on a pair of tennis shoes, walking out with my 2 piece pj’s on.

Yep 2 piece is so lame, I just sleep in the nude. A nice experience of living alone.

I just gotta find some place to hide out for the next 7 hours.

Shoving my hands into the small pockets of the pajama pants, the sun beamed down as I glanced around the neighborhood.

It was a cul-de-sac, except a rather familiar one. Every resident looked similar… all except one.

The house right besides mine was a slim yet tall, green house with a purple roof and door, which looks like one of those men's bathroom doors. It has a satellite dish on one side of the roof, and the front yard is covered in lawn ornaments, including a flamingo, two puffer fish, four gnomes, and a flag that says "I Love Earth".

Yeah.

Some… please anyone. Tell me that I am not in the fucking Invader Zim world.

My eyes traced down the entrance of the cul-de-sac, curiosity filling me quickly.
