big mistake

part 1

-what can I do? what should I do please, James, help me, I can't live without max... my life is falling apart, my heart is hurting - (amelia)

Unfortunately when james was listening to amelia, his heart broke. He tried to help her because james loved her, more than he loved himself... He tried to keep her safe; Amelia was oblivious, she thought James loved her like a sister...
In reality James and Amelia loved each other before they even knew max, however James was a playboy and didn't want to break her heart.

(By the end of August)

Amelia heard a knock in the door and upon opening the door she sees max with his mother
-Amelia, my dear we want to apologize, max really loves you. He didnt know what he was doing, he regrets it, please forgive him. -(Max's mother)

But max's stood scared by the doorway. He was an obsessive person. Though he didnt love her anymore, he couldnt let her go. Amelia knew this well.

In the end Amelia took max to the balcony, after his mother left and asked

-Why did you do this; do you know the way you destroyed me.. -(Amelia)
-Sorry, this last month I havent been myself... I dont know why I did it. In short I came here to apologize and for you to get back with me. -(Max)

Amelia scoffed and spoke:
-Being back with you isnt easy, I dont trust you. I forgive you but I dont want to be with you -(Amelia)
-Okay... I know its hard but I will try to gain your trust -(Max)
-Lets just be friends... Sorry. Hope you understand..-(Amelia)

(After 4 months)
After Amelia and Max stayed friends, everybody thought they were back together. James asks
-Are you guys back together? -(James)
-No! -(Amelia)
-Why? -(James)
-Because I dont want to be back with him again -(Amelia thought) - Do you want me to be back with him? -(Amelia)
-Why not? -(James)
-Okay, why not? -(Amelia)
-Wait, seriously?! -(Max)
-Woah, thats great -(James)

James expression hardened as he tried to hold back his tears. Amelia realized something wasnt right
-Whats wrong? -(Amelia)
- nothing forget it!!! -(James)
- noo... Say it
- my girlfriend broke up with me (James)
- ohh... Why (Amelia)
- i don't know (James)

Perhaps now everyone will have a question... if he had a girlfriend, why did he love Amelia, but the point was that no matter how much he loved her, nothing would work out. That's why he tried to love his girlfriend... James thought it worked for him, but deep down he loved Amelia.
