We both stood up along with roop and made our way outside
We stopped to the "nandi" bull sculpture, I sat on my knees and whispered something in her ear and touching her feet, I moved away
I was standing at the door of mandir with kalash in my hand, I saw roop coming and starting her parikarma

I watched Nandini', who was whispering something to the sculpture, she smiled and get away a little
Putting her hands in her basket, she took out a newspaper wrap
She opened the wrap and collecting the "misri" Prasad, she offered the Prasad to the holy sculpture and finally she came

She stood next to me and greeted the entrance by touching the floor, she turned and bumped into my chest

"Oh" she exclaimed and stood a little away, a questionable look embraced her face
"Aap yaha per khade kyu hai?" She asked me
I nervously smiled and said "apka intezar kar rahe the"

Nandini spared a creep look to him and nodding her head, she took her kalash in her hand and started her parikarma
Abhiraj followed her from behind

She closed her eyes and pouring water little by little, she walked by the shrine of the temple
Abhiraj trailed her footsteps and took glances of her time to time
He was amazed by her awareness of the path, that she did parikarma with her eyes closed

"Haan ham bhi kayi baari ese hi dekhte hai inhe" roop said while putting her hand on anushka's shoulder for support and looked at abhiraj and nandini who were encircling the temple

"Pyare lagte hai ek sath, nahi?" Anushka asked while tilting her head a little to have a look of roop's expression
Roop gave a side eye to her and made a disgusted face "me meri pyari si nandini ko iss sheheri aadmi ke sath nhi dekh sakti" Roop said while pointing towards them

"Tum aati nhi ho Ghar per, verna kabhi dekha hai kis tarah se abhiraj bhai sehab nandini ko niharte hai, pyaar jhalakta ha unki nazaro me" anushka replied while pulling her shoulder away from roop

"Hamne nhi dekha, aapne hame aamantrit hi nhi Kiya khet me ghumne ke liye" roop complaint with pout on her face

"Aree chotuuu, abh kabhi kabhi toh gao aati ho, usme bhi toh tumhe achhe se apne parivar se milna chahiye ki nahi? Ye soch kar nhi bulaya" anushka replied while cupping roop's face, who just made an angry face and looked away

Soon, nandini and abhiraj joined them after completing their ritual, They all wore their shoes and went to their home

Nandini POV
I entered inside the house to find small kids sitting on charpai waiting for me
I bit my tongue, and walked inside with an trying to hide my face smile and put palm on my face

But they saw me, "aree didi aagyiii" They all exclaimed at the same time and jumped happily
The silence in the house filled with the rings of small bells within a snap as they all were wearing "ghunghroo" belt in their feet

I smiled and walked to them slowly
"Haan ji bachho??" I asked kneeling down to their level
Chikku came to me and said "didi hamari vidhyalaya ki chhuttiyan shuru ho gyi hai toh abh ham nirtay seekh sakte hai" she showed me her gummy smile

I smiled but soon, I awkwardly rubbed back of my head, they all looked at me with an "what happened" face

I nervously laughed and said "maaf karna bachho, per kal hamare pair me moch aagyi, jiske Karan ham aaj toh nirtya nhi seekha payenge"

They all looked at me and leaving an understanding sigh from their mouth, they all spared an glance at each other, they were disappointed but still chikku came to me and held my face in her small hands, "koi baat nahi didi, aap pehle theek ho jaiye fir ham sabko nirtay seekha Dena" she said while tilting her head side to side while speaking every word

I awwed in my heart and nodded my head, kissing her on her cheek I said "perso pakka"
They all clapped there hands and came to me one by one to get my kiss
I laughed even more when they encircled my neck to give them kisses first
The air filled with cute laughters of these seven year old kids, they all jumped onto me making me lose my balance and fell down on floor
I laughed again

Abhiraj POV
I saw her being surrounded with kids, My lips automatically turned upwards and a smile formed on my lips
Her laughter ringed in my ears and I felt a warm feeling running down my spine
Her soft-melodious laugh again fell in my ear and I admired the sight infront of me, Kids laughed and hugged her

We were interuppted when sarpnach ji called nandini while coming out of his room
I diverted my attention to him

Author POV
"Nandini bitiya, idhar aao" sarpanch called nandini, who stood up from the ground and bidding goodbye to the kids, she made her way to Sarpanch

"Jii baba" Nandini asked while bending down to touch his feet,
"Sukhi raho, beta kal subah pratahakaal hi taiyaar ho jaana" sarpanch said and patted her head
confusingly looking at him and she asked "per kyu baba?"

"Tumhe ladke Wale dekhne aane Wale hai" Sarpanch ji said and nandini stood there still
Holding her breath heavily, she nodded her head in silence and went to her room without replying anything

She closed the door behind her, while sarpanch walked away to main entrance
An unknown silence took over the place but anushka's anklet broke it as she walked to her room

Abhiraj POV
I was standing there blankly, The environment that was filled with giggles few seconds ago fell silent
Into awkward one
I looked at nandini to see her expressions, but she nodded and went to her room

I looked at the floor
Abhinav came to me and patted my shoulder a little, I looked at him and shakes off my head as nothing and walked into my room

The whole day spent with bhabhi cleaning the details of the house to welcome the guest for tomorrow, Abhinav was out of house to find his photography locations with Virat bhai

I spent my whole day in the room, I tried to find Nandini few times exiting my room but my sight didn't caught her figure even out of her room
Saraswati maa and bhabhi were heavily busy in preparing things for tomorrow but a sadness was visible on bhabhi's face
Roop once came but bhabhi told her to go and didn't let her meet nandini
At night, we all had dinner but nandini didn't joined, An confusion feeling sprinkled over my body as why was everyone so silent but a little sorrow was visible in my heart unknowingly
from tomorrow, she will become someone' other's fiancee,
There is no way, anyone can reject a pure soul like her and that unknowingly built up an Jealousy in my heart

I wanted to admire her today as much as I could because from tomorrow, it won't be the same like before, but watching her not even leaving her room saddened me

The whole night was spent with an uneasy sleep I ever had in my life
But brushing these thoughts away, I made the heart to go with abhinav tomorrow to wander in Village for photography then staying back at home

I caught abhinav noticing my silence but he didn't asked anything which I appreciated and we drifted to sleep

Like it suddenly striked me when I was writting the brief summary of virat and anushka in last part that "I wrote like this for someone too" and then it striked ki "aree haan roop ke liye, vo kaha gyi"
