I can try to explain this mess. I swear either mothy screwed up his own timeline or everything is perfectly logical and he's just screwing us over.
Before we dive into the reincarnation timeline let me make one thing clear; the vocaloid doesn't equal the reincarnation. Most of the characters voiced by Hatsune Miku aren't even a reincarnation of Eve, the first Miku in the timeline. Also both Len, Gumi, and Mergurine have voiced Levia's reincarnation.
First let's explain who's who in this reincarnation game [I'll be using > to explain who becomes who in the timeline to my knowledge]
Eve > Mikulia [lust ark] > Platonic [pride arc] > Margarita [sloth arc]
Despite what most might think, Micheala was a robin that was transformed into a human to fufill Clarinth's wish of having a [girl]friend, not Eve's reincarnation; that's where Platonic comes in.
Adam > Casper? I think?
Meta > Conchita [gluttony arc]
Gretel > Arte [gluttony arc] > Ney [pride arc]
Hansel > Pollo [gluttony arc] > Lemy/5th Pierrot [sloth arc]
Rilliane > Lilith/Waiter/Postman [greed arc] > Rin-chan?
Levia > Elluka > Ma > Nemesis [not technically reincarnations, just soul body swapping]
Maria > Irina > Julie/1st Santa > Master of the Court > Madam Merry-go-round
Basically during the 4th period everyone but Gammon, Adam, Irina, and Eve got to move on but the 4 of them repeated the entire third period, hence why Irina became Merry-go-round later even though Merry-go-round existed before Irina
