MJ hands him a certificate which is her birth certificate with both her parents names on it
Mary Jane: He has to see this. It states he IS my father and was there the night I was born. Please....he's got to know I am his daughter.

Spider-Man: I....will show him if I find him. It's just there's two criminals on the loose and I have a lot to tie up out in the city. Believe me I give anything to find my parents too.
