Ninja storm yellow Dustin brooks had had met medical intern Jules millin after a crash during his freestyle race he had been married to marah the team's orange ranger from 2004 until 2006 so he wasn't looking for love  Dustin caved and asked Jules to marry him on August 9 2023 Jules was still in her scrubs the wedding on the beach where tori surfed alot Dustin chose a black suit with yellow shirt and a white tie jules' dress was a yellow dress with white trim with no vail  she had once viewed marriage as a distraction now she was about to commit her life to someone Dustin stood at the altar for the second time in his life with shane his best man who had been married to his wife rebekah for 19 years Dustin was now entering his second marriage Jules came down with Blake who had agreed to give her away knowing this time he hoped would be forever he told tori let Jules go first Jules gave rebekah her bouquet and joined hands with Dustin I never wanted to get married until I met you I viewed it as honestly a waste of time a distraction but when I saw you things changed my heart changed me I let you in Dustin said now when I saw you after my crash while it was minor I realized I met my other half I loved marah too but this what we have it changed me  meeting you tori said now that the vows have been given the rings rebekah and shane gave the couple their rings Dustin said with this ring I thee wed Jules said with this ring I thee wed tori said by the power vested in me by California I now announce you married Dustin said to our forever then kissed Jules
