'Getting Started'

'Detective I' the Deputy Chief of the department calls out to a young man who is busy looking through some documents involving the recent murder cases of a rising new murderer in the city. The young man's name is Kai Bouncher and he is the youngest detective in his city at the age of 20. He has short black hair, blue eyes and a tall slender figure, he solved a case back in his final year which was a kidnapping case and was immediately recognized for his problem-solving mind and critical thinking. He was hired as a detective and soon was promoted to the Detective I in the Department C.P.S.C. The Deputy Chief hands another murder report to Kai which makes Kai sigh in exhaustion, 'This murderer had only surfaced recently but has already wiped out so many people' Kai says as the two look at his corkboard. There, it has at least 30 people who were murdered and all of them were from the METICULOUS LAB corporation and only 11 survivors who were never seen. All the victims have a single signature on their headless necks which is deciphered as 001 C.I.H (001 C.I.H) which doesn't lead the detectives to anything at the time. They simply call her The Huntress and she had only arrived barely two weeks ago, other information that Kai had put together was that she would play with her victims by letting some escape on purpose so that they could reveal how she looks to the police which leaves some of them traumatized to the point they hardly say a word.

Some described her having long hair that reached her ankles and was tinted magenta at the very ends with her hair covering her face till the bridge of her nose, saying she walks bare foot and wears a slit dress, and she always arrive with a "clinking and clacking" noise following her. Kai is about to experience the ultimate headache he has ever gotten, there was never a case as difficult or confusing as to the point where Detective II would pull his own hairs out.

'Kai dear are you okay? You have been getting home really late recently ever since the rise of you know...', a girl is seen placing dinner at the dining table as Kai enters the room and have a seat, while she sits next to him. Her name is Angela Vicks and she is Kai's girlfriend who is currently about to face her final exams in college as a gynecologist, she is a gorgeous brunette with blue eyes also. She came across Kai when she was in her third year of college and had become friends with Kai in the cafeteria which later developed into their relationship which was before Kai got famous for his detective skills. She has been worried about Kai's wellbeing as of late as he's been working overtime and gets distracted with this case that he forgets to eat sometimes.

'Don't worry I'm fine, It's for the sake of the people. Many lives have already been lost and many more still will if I don't get my answers soon. And besides, you need to focus on your upcoming exams so that you can stay with me more often for me to relax' Kai replies as he eats which makes Angela smile, though she's still worried about Kai's health. He's already starting to get dark circles under his eyes!

'Have you gotten any information on her yet though?' Angela asks.

'We've only gotten a vague description of her but we haven't identified her face just yet'.

'That's good progress with only a few weeks of investigating! Tell me what she looks like so I could avoid her as well'

'You call that good progress? We haven't been able to identify her face or get any clue on where she retreats or when she attacks for two sleepless weeks and you call it good progress? Kai claims out of frustration which makes Angela keep quiet for some minutes.

'Sorry, it's just I'm really getting tired of this and I don't want any of the people I care about especially you get hurt because of my incompetence.' Kai apologizes, and Angela puts her hand on his out of sympathy. After Kai narrates to her about the details given by the recent witnesses, her eyebrows furrow in confusion as her mind is not able to add up on some parts.
