"Code blue!"
Crap, I just got here.

"It's my patient Dr Lee, please move" Dr Sheryl said making me shrug and walk away.

"What? You're just gonna leave?" Dr Derrick asked making me turn to face them, point toward their patient then bow and keep walking. I still had my heels on, sunglasses, had iced coffee in my hand and my phone in the other, why would I want to help someone else patient when they clearly don't want me to.

"Morning Dr Lee" Samantha greeted making me smile at her and wave

"Morning" I greeted back as we walked into my office

"You're not wearing your mask?" she asked making me freeze
How the fuck did I not notice
"It's hanging from your chin"

"I didn't notice" I said putting it back on my face properly

"You're beautiful by the way" she said making me shake my head as we continued on with our day. I found out later on in the day that the code blue patient had passed on due to no doctors wanting to treat him, which explains why all the doctors and handlers are currently in the boardroom with an extremely angry Dr Boston.

"Not only do you all claim that this man wasn't assigned to anyone in this room but he also died in the hallway?" Dr Boston asked before the started laughing
"Pardon my laughter, I'm just confused as to what hospital all of you think you are employed in?"

"I saw Dr Lee ignore the patient on her way in" I looked up and saw Dr Derrick staring directly at me

"I was there too" Dr Sheryl said making Dr Boston laugh even more scaring everyone in the room

"So you saw her walk past a patient and nothing in your consciousness told you to take care of a clearly injured patient!"

"I-"

"Are you a doctor first or not?!"

"I am" Dr Sheryl answered along with Dr Derrick

"You could have fooled me. Do you want to know why you haven't been fired after screwing up time and time again? It's not because you're invisible, it's not because I don't see what you're both doing and how you both lack respect for everyone around you, no, it's because of the mountain load of paperwork I don't want to go through" he said with a sigh
"You're great surgeons, but horrible people, please leave the hospital before you're escorted out"

"What?"

"They're being fired?" Dr Kennedy asked making Dr Boston nod
"In that case, may I air out their dirty laundry?"

"What worse could they have possibly done?"

"Dr Boston, I have video evidence of both Dr Derrick and Dr Sheryl giving unauthorised medicine to four different patients from the beginning of their stay here" she said making my jaw drop.
I didn't expect this to become a fucking villain stereotype, I needed someone I wouldn't normally suspect to be the villain

"Giving patients medicine as a doctor is a crime now?" De Derrick asked before he chuckled
"Are you seriously doing this to me?"
