International break was over not long after our match against Ireland. My growing hatred towards Katie kept bubbling as I saw more photos of her smiling on Ireland's Instagram as if nothing had happened. Even though my ankle injury wasn't too bad, I was still out for 2 weeks. Resulting in me missing 2 arsenal games, including a very important one. Just my luck. I had to hobble everywhere and I hated it. Luckily, I was taken off my crutches yesterday and the swelling has started to go down.

We are at arsenal for our first training session back this afternoon. I'm still so angry with Katie, I quite frankly don't want to be near her until she apologizes. It might sound dramatic but I really wanted to play in those matches.

I was sitting on my bed scrolling on my phone until I heard Kyra and less shouting at me from downstairs.

"y/n, are you ready?" Alessia calls, she was sitting tying her shoe laces while Kyra scrambled around looking for her right shin pad.

"I'm coming now." I replied as I walked out of my room, swinging my bag over my shoulder.

The three of us bundled into Less' car as she drove us the 10 minutes to the training centre. We were running a bit late as Kyra really couldn't find her shin pad (it was on the kitchen table). When we finally arrived at the training grounds, we practically flew out of the car and through the sliding doors.

"Ah, the last three to arrive. Hello girls." The receptionist said as we signed in. All we could manage was a smile and Kyra let out a small laugh as we ran through the corridor and into the changing room. Luckily all the girls were still in there getting changed so we weren't too late. I could feel all eyes on us as we flung the door open though.

"Nice of you to join us aye?" Leah said laughing, luckily Kim was laughing too so it didn't seem like we were in too much trouble with our captain. The three of us started to get changed as the rest of the girls continued chatting and laughing. It was eventually time to head out to the field, well for all the other girls. Not me. I was stuck inside, in the gym. All thanks to 'the one and only' Katie McCabe. The girls all headed out to the field and I just followed the 'ACL gang' to the gym. All I longed for was to be out on the field but I guess that wouldn't be happening for two weeks.

My gym session was quite easy to be honest, the physio just had me doing some stretches and other exercises before we finished off with a bit of running on the anti-gravity treadmill, to make sure I didn't put too much weight on my ankle. All these precautions were so draining. Finally, it was time for lunch. All the girls were already in the canteen as I entered. I was the last person in the queue, Kyra and Caitlin were Infront of me. I grabbed a quick chicken and lettuce sandwich, a banana and a bottle of water before looking for a table to sit at. I decided to sit with Leah, Lia, Kyra, Caitlin and Laura. The conversation was quite low because the girls were clearly enjoying their food. I liked this because I really wasn't in the mood for a deep conversation, which would usually happen if I was sitting with Beth.

Lunch didn't take long, so everyone was back at training pretty quickly. Afternoon training didn't take long and then the day was over so we all headed back to the changing room to get ready to go home. All the girls were going wild in the changing room as Jonas announced we wouldn't have training tomorrow, Viv was inviting everyone out tonight  and no one could say no because us arsenal girls love to let our hair down and party! I didn't have any plans so I sceptically accepted the invite knowing Katie would be there. I'm so angry at her still, the frustration getting worse the more I see her laughing and being so care-free. But I really need to let my hair down, so i'm excited to see how the night unfolds.

a/n: another chapter for you all, sorry it took a little while I've been busy with school. Anyways, what are your opinions?
