My phone telling me I received a message from someone. I looked at it and it seemed a little blurry. Blurrier that usual. And I have been having trouble seeing in class. So I think I might get my eyes checked out today. I get closer to my phone and see it's Luke. He texted me at 7 am.
L: Morning beautiful, I hope you had a good night sleep :) ❤️
"Beautiful." The heart emoji. Exactly what Josh would text me every morning. I could feel tears forming in my eyes. But I ignored that fact and replied to him.
M: Thanks ❤️ I hope you had a great night sleep last night too.
L: I didn't much sleep but I'm ok with it :) do u wanna hang out today?
M: awe. Why? And sure! But I think I'm going to go to the eye doctor today bc I haven't been seeing right.
L: I just couldn't stop thinking about you. And it doesn't matter where we go, I just want to be with you ❤️
My heart melted. Why does he have to be so good to me. So loyal. So loving. So caring. I'm over here having mixed feelings about him and Josh. I just feel so wrong. But maybe it's just part of getting over a guy.
M: aw. And I also just want to be with u too.❤️ maybe we could watch a movie afterwards or something
L: Sounds great, I'll pick you up at 11.
I looked at the time and it was 8:39 so I started to get ready. I got up and brushed my teeth, changed into shorts and a blue top, brushed my hair and curled it, and then I did my makeup. After I was done getting ready, I went down to make some breakfast.
When I came down stairs, there was a letter on the table from my mom.
Hey honey, I'm out right now to get some errands done and then get lunch with some friends. I left some money on the counter for you. Hang out with Luke today and have fun! I love you!

After I ate, Luke picked me up and we went to the eye doctor and I found out I need glasses. I picked out black roundish ones. They will arrive at my house in a week.
"You will look so good in those glasses.", he winked at me causing me to laugh.
"I hope so.", I giggled.
"No matter how you look, you'll always be beautiful to me.", we smiled at eachother.
"So where do you want to get lunch?", Luke asked me. We walked out of the eye doctor hand in hand.
"Umm, how about some Chinese food. Maybe Miyos?" I said. I love their sushi.
"Sounds good." He smiled. His smile bright and full of joy.
He opened the door for me and we drove to Miyos.
