The winter sky looked cold and gray with tints of blue and white mixing. The trees swayed in anticipation and the bird chirped. The wind blew its tune and the leaves falling off the trees made small pitter-patters on the ground. The morning dew on the grass shone like jewels on a woman's necklace. The air was cold but comforting. The crunch of the leaves on the ground startled the birds, causing them to fly away like confetti spreading in the sky. The crunch was made by none other than a ginger and his best friend. They had always walked together to school or rather challenged each other to see who would get there first. It was different this time because the road was much too slippery to run on. So, instead of the intense challenge, they had only the small breaths of their bodies to keep them warm. But still, the ginger was fine with that, because he had a secret. A secret only he had the answer to. Unexpectedly, however, he was first to break the silence.
"Kageyama, when we get to school, will you set to me?? I want to get warm before class starts." The orange-haired boy said to the other. Kageyama had something else in mind. I could just hug him, he thought.
"Dumbass, do you ever get tired? It's 6 in the morning." He said in response with a groan.
"Pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee" Hinata pouted with a frown on his face. To his surprise, the black-haired boy started getting red. Even if it was just a word, he knew he couldn't say no. He always wondered why though. It's not like he turned red because of the tangerine's begging right? He was turning red because of the cold right? There were so many questions in his mind, his mind was going all over the place. "Bakayama? Answer!" he said, interrupting Kageyama's train of thought.
"If you keep asking, I'm not going to, so shut up!" Kageyama said, attempting to avoid Hinata's wandering eyes. He knew he was blushing, but why?
"Jeez, you know, Suga would say yes." said the orange, knowing his best friend gets jealous easily.
"Fine, fine." Kageyama says, waving his arms around. Hinata giggled, knowing it was so easy to make him listen.
