"what about Lebanese?" sharky objects.

making mikey snap her head up to him.

she could've let out a smile and sigh of relief at the sound of his voice but reminded herself that it was all because he was disagreeing.

mikey couldn't help but almost feel her cheeks go red in embarrassment, why was she embarrassed? i don't know.

niko and aj share a blank glance.

almost like they were agreeing on something without saying words because they were.

"we'll get both." niko stated solidly.

"but uh mikes, sharks could you guys go fetch the chinese booklet from the kitchen." aj asks innocently.

the two look at each other silently both gulping down their spit worriedly.

"uh sure." both say hesitantly.

getting up, sharky following behind her with fear rising in his chest.

walking into the kitchen with worry building up in both their bodies.

pushing the door open mikey goes to the drawers and quickly getting the menu.

twisting around and waving it in sharkys face making him nod slowly.

strutting to the closed door to open, only to find it locked.

she tugged and pulled with grunts.

"guys!" mikey calls out.

making sharky furrow his brows and walk up to her to see what's going on.

"guys! funny joke now let us out." she bangs on the door.

sharky begins to bang the door with her.

"no!"

"not until you lot figure out what you need to figure out." ajs cheeky voice spoke through the door.

mikey was distraught, shocked.  no way this was happening.

sharky was shaking his head with confusion, he didn't trust himself.

"no, let us out! it's none of your business!" sharky says out of his silence.

"work it out and maybe we will." niko says through the keyhole.

mikey lays her forehead on the door with a groan.

sharky scoffed walking over to the table and sitting on the chairs.

mikey not making eye contact with solid fear.

leaning herself on the sink.

the pair didn't even meet eyes, their irises only on the tiles of the floor.

sharky only averted for a second once he noticed her picking on her cuticles.

it was silent for a long time, a horrible and painful silence.

"we don't hear any talking!" niko screams loudly making them jump.

michelle and sharky look up at each other slowly.

she bites the inside of her cheek watching him.

sharky opens his mouth to talk.

"so-"

"why did you kiss me?"

his words cut off by hers.

the boy blinks a couple billion times making sure he heard that right.

"what?" his voice was hoarse and almost inaudible.

she straightens herself up.

"you heard me.... why did you kiss me that night?" the girl asks with more confidence.
