Carmel was able to pick Nico up since she lived quite far and I rode a bike towards her apartment building. The time was 9 am when I left so naturally, I was the first to arrive at Ley's and I nervously knocked on the door. She answered and was surprised to see me arrive first but her expression quickly changed to look kind of annoyed at me so I was pretty scared. I walked in her apartment and it was clean, unlike mine which was filled with all sorts of guitars. I still was scared but that all changed when she turned back and quickly hugged me, of course I was stunned and to be honest kind of flustered but I knew what she was going through so I let it be. She hugs me for a few seconds and lets go. Ley asked "When are the others going to arrive, I don't want you to be the only one here" clearly she's still annoyed but not that much compared to before.
I texted Nico and she said that Carmel just picked her up I teased her and said "Aww you guys are so cute together" she did not respond meaning she was going to beat me up or something. Knowing that Nico lived 30 minutes away from Ley I had to tell her the bad news. I told Ley that they were 30 minutes away and she had a worried or nervous expression, of course though she still had the sad look on her face. She proceeded to ask "Do you have an idea on what to do for 30 minutes, hun?" We both fell silent. She had an embarrassed look on her face which she quickly covered, for all I know she's as red as a tomato right now. I'm no exception I blushed and turned away pretending to look around. 'You heard that didn't you" She said embarrassed, I responded "Hear what?" as if she's not dumb. "Don't play with me you're not deaf" She says still covering her face. I just nodded yes slowly which caused her to be more embarrassed. I just gazed at her since I didn't really know what to do in that situation.
"Is this how loneliness affected you" I teased her. She responded with "Maybe" before I can say anything she adds "You know I'm still annoyed at you, prick". I teased her again "Doesn't explain why you called me honey did it?". Her face showed a bit of blush , she tried to brush away but failed to. In that moment when I saw her blushing face I felt something in my heart like if cupid's arrow just shot you I said to myself "I can't love her she hates me!" I tried to brush away that feeling but I couldn't, I had to accept that I liked her.
Who knows for how long I was gone thinking to myself because Ley looked concerned and went up to me and tapped my shoulder. I snap back to reality and gasp a bit before seeing Ley right beside me on the couch and I blushed a little because her entire body was touching mine, it was as if she was teasing me secretly. A few minutes pass, and I hear a knock on the door, I said to myself "Please be Nico and Carmel I do not want to be in this situation anymore!" Ley stood up and answered the door, the door opened slowly in anticipation.
