"ey Gawin, how did you know I am here dude" First show a grateful voice when he saw gawin is the only his coworker visit him. Many staff don't like First because there is a rumor said First is a bad son to the CEO of the hotel which is his father and rumor state he is the one that trying to break up MondKhao.

Khaotung ignore Gawin voice and don't understand why this boy need to come visit First during early in the morning and why he come during Khao turn to take care of First

It's been 3 weeks First is staying in the hospital, the doctor said  next week First can go back home because his healthy become more better and the doctor and nurse will come to his father house to get a private treatment from hospital.

"Khao, do you want to stay here for a few night before going back working?" First asking while staring at Khao who is clipping his nails. Khao volunteer to clipping First nails because he dont know what to do when 1 day in hospital

"who said I am going back to work? I am staying here until you recover na" Khao focus clipping the nail

"I will never get to recover Khao.. you know that too"  First pull his hand from Khao hold then lying on his back. First really dont like to talk about this topic because he know he never be healthy anymore.

"Hey me and your father trying to get any treatment or surgery for you, please be strong and I will always beside you ter. I understand your feeling we can fight together" Khao giving a hope to First, the doctor said there is many surgery or treatment can do but it is so risk because First in the last stage for heart disease and there is only 40% the patient will survive but mostly after surgery the patient will gone too.

"there is no hope for me anymore Khao.. why you guys giving me many hope like this! I hate it!" First suddenly become so emotional when this topic appear. First dont want to be mad and be tired after argument but he can't control his feelings lately and easily emotional

Khao put the clip on the desk then stand up from his sit then go hug First body, Khao feel sorry to First for bringing this topic up. He just want First to be stronger with him but Khao is not the one that actually in First shoes.

"how can you say you understand me.. Im scared Khao, you dont know how it feel to lay on this bed, stare at the outside or the wall, waiting when the time will come and everyday  you feel the sun and moon change their shift so fast.. I am so scared and never ready to face the death..." First said with a sad voice

"I..I am so sorry.. sorry na First.. I am the one selfish here, I want you to stay here with me without realising the pain that you face everyday.. I love you n so sorry naa" Both of them hugging each other, Khao is not staying in hospital everyday because he need to follow the artist schedule for his work so sometimes Mr Kanapan will take over to take care of First.
