Neil~ He did. Neil is a very passionate person and he had no trouble telling you how he feels about you. He definitely said it during an unintentional time, but he meant every word.
Todd~ You did. He can't talk in general so he would always overthink about how to tell you, but you eventually said it first and it made him so happy. He was finally loved by someone.
Charlie~ He did. Charlie is very confident in himself so he wasn't scared to say it at all. He didn't make it a big thing, but he did get a little romantic just for you.
Knox~ He did. He probably said it the second he saw you. He's head over heels for you and loves you all the time.
Meeks~ You did. You two were both feeling the same way, but when he was helping you study, it just slipped out, and he was so happy to hear you say it.
Pitts~ He did. It was when you two were listening to his radio and when he saw you smile he just had to tell you right away.
Cameron~ You did. He never thought of a girl loving him like you did, so you had to tell him how important he was to you. When you said it, he felt wanted and said it immediately back.
