Personality : Kind, caring and friendly person. She love her family so much. She always support Sakura when she want to training together with Naruko and Sasuke. She was also training with them. She like to friend with Naruko. She also know that Naruko engaged to Sasuke's older brother. Shira saw how Naruko happy talk with Itachi and Shisui. But not long when Izumi come into their way, Naruko seem change herself. Naruko engaged to Itachi when she was 10 years old and will marry with Itachi when she was 18 years old. Naruko change herself when she was 11 years old. It was because Sasuke told her and Sakura about what happened. Izumi had pretend being innocent girl and frame Naruko which make Itachi, Shisui and Mikoto scolded her. Shira was upset to see Naruko who held her emotion as she can't defend herself. Then she started distance herself from Itachi. It was one and half year after the graduation, Shira had been team up with Naruko, Sasuke and her twin sister, Sakura. It was been worst since Itachi been their sensei. Shira had always protective of Naruko. Sasuke and Sakura were doing a same thing to protect Naruko from Itachi if he dare to hurt her because of Izumi. Shira will do anything to make Naruko happy but she know that Naruko love Itachi.
