Let go of the past and of the things that hurt you. Living/being stuck in the past is one of the most self-destructive and unhealthiest ways to live not only for yourself but also for those around you too. You are not who you were three years ago and it's okay to make mistakes but remember your previous failures do not define who you are now. What truly matters is what you do in the present.

As for those who hurt you; You don't have to let them back into your life nor do you have to let them back into your life, but let go of this hatred you have for them as it could cloud your judgment of people around who really care for you.
