“HE WHAT!?” My brother half shouted. We were sitting crossed legged in front of each other on my bed. It was late but we weren’t sleepy yet.
“He’s really nice oppa! Nothing like how you described! Please let me be his friend!”
“Ji Yeon-ah, I can’t stop you from being his friend, just nothing more... okay?” I nodded and gave him a hug. “Go to sleep now, it’s late!” He kissed my forehead and left me to sleep.
I woke up to the sound of someone tapping on my window. It could only be one person. L.joe.
I was still half asleep when I opened my window letting him in. “Ji Yeon-ah!” He whispered, sending shivers down my spine. I had bed hair but still looked cute~
“Y-yes oppa?” I asked, my eyes were still adjusting to the light. He noticed and closed my blinds then sat next to me on my bed. It’s only 6am. We were both still in our pyjamas. Well I was, L.joe was wearing a blue sleeping top and shorts.
“Sorry for waking you up.. but i couldn’t go back to sleep.” He whispered.
“It’s okay oppa, I’m not that tired anyway.” I lied.
We lay on my bed next to each other talking quietly. It took me a few moments to take in the situation, I felt like I was dreaming. I turned my face towards his. He was staring at the ceiling, focusing on what he was saying. How is it possible to look so good at this time!?
I couldn’t hold back the temptation anymore; I leaned closer to his cheek and gave him a small peck causing a smile to appear on his face. He turned to face me “Ji Yeon, you’re so cute”
If he only knew.
Months went past and it was nearly Christmas, L.Joe and I were a lot more like best friends now. We tell each other everything. Well... not everything. He still doesn’t know that I have the biggest crush on him. Who could blame me though? He’s gorgeous! “Ji Yeon-ah” a voice called, snapping me back to reality.
“Yes oppar?” I purred, making him smile. His eye smile is the cutest thing in the world!!
“We should really start working on our project soon~ do you want to come over after school so we can start it?” Oh damn it! I almost forgot, we have that stupid relationship project to do for sociology. What is a good relationship- blah blah...
We got home quite late due to the fact we had to walk since the bus broke down half way. However, I really didn’t mind. I love walking~~
“It’s already 6pm oppa!” I pointed out.
L.Joe was lying on his bed as I sat cross legged, leaning over him. “Hmm, do you just want to start it tomorrow then?” I agreed and lied down next to him on his comfy bed.
“Ji Yeon..” L.joe spoke, looking at me intensely. Is this guy serious? How can I breath properly when he looks at me like that?
“Yes, op-“ I was cut off as he placed his soft lips onto mine. A tingle ran down my body as he leaned closer to deepen the kiss. He kissed gently yet insistently. I closed my eyes to enjoy what had only been expected from my dreams. He finally pulled away, catching his breath.
“L.joe oppa, we’re bestfriends...” I stated, still in complete shock at what just happened.
“I know. I just wanted to know what it feels like to kiss a girl” I hesitated but nodded understandingly.
Suddenly he pulled me into a hug and rested his face in my neck. It tickled but I held back the urge to laugh.
“I like kissing you Ji Yeon” He said, I could feel him grinning on my neck.
