"We already have police surrounding the others. They are just waiting for our response to arrest them." Which was the truth.

To our surprise the police had told us that Micheal was with Gerald.

" I can explain. I have nothing to do with this."

" Oh really ?." Seyi said with a sarcastic tone.

She explained everything.

" Police arrest them." I said.

" Ah please Ola." Tina begged.

Seyi was in shock. Zina and Gerald in an affair was not what anyone would have thought.

His phone rang.

"Yes Jake?."

I watched as Seyi's shocked face turned pale white. " How did that happen?."

I waited for him to get off the phone. Anxiety killing me.

"We have to go to the hospital." Seyi said immediately as he cut of.

"What happened?." I asked.

"I'll explain on our way."

I turned to one of the police." Hold them in custody. We'll meet them later."

The police nodded.

"Nonso was shot instead of her ?." I couldn't believe what I was hearing.

I could see Seyi's fist clenching the steering wheel.

"Yes. He managed to save her just in time."
There was something in his tone.

"She fine Seyi." I said.

"She almost got killed because of me. I'm a danger her to life. I shouldn't have told her that I -"

"No Seyi!." I snapped.

He looked at me shocked.

"You both clearly love yourself and I'm not going to allow anyone to take that happiness from you both. Especially Osas. We have them in custody already."

"What if someone is still out there threatening her life?" He said.

"Then we'll find the person."

Osas p.o.v

Stella was beside me. It was my fault that Nonso was shot. It's my fault.

"His doing fine Osas." Rasaq said.

He had gone to hear what the doctor's had to say.

I glanced at the man who had been the first to arrive at the scene.

If not for him... I was shell shocked. It was as if my mind had been knocked out when I heard the bang.

He had told me that Seyi had sent him to look after me. How those words sounds pleasing to hear but because of me another man got shot.

"Are you sure?." I asked.

"His awake " my dad said. He looked really worried when I explained everything to him.

Before I could say anything I heard Ola's voice.

"Osas!." I turned to her voice but my eyes fell on the person behind her.

The expression on his face melted my heart. I was really glad to see him.

Our eyes met and I felt my tummy flutter. I didn't care about anyone else in that room. My eyes were fixed on him and him alone.
