We danced through the forest
and swayed to the wind
Envelopped in the scent of nuts with a golden hintRed, green and yellow leaves
bowed before us
Listen to their story; close your eyes if you mustBreathe in the chestnuts
and the dew on the trees,
Take in the silence and the soft autumn breezeLet them take you to kingdoms far away,
if you ask them nicely, I'm sure you can stayBut know the price for an eternity here,
the fae will take all that's you dearSo listen to their stories, but don't stay too long
It's the human realm where you belong
