This book contains short stories that should be thought of as one-offs. They follow the stories of four key characters, Max, Peter, Oscar and Ellie. They were the original characters that I had made when I was 13 and felt determined to become an author. That dream is not as strong or as important now.
This is a love letter to my 13 year old self who went through quite a bit considering the age.
BUT, it probably won't make all that much sense between stories and between other books. So, take it with a grain of salt. It's fiction! It's just a story.
Most of these stories were written in 2016. I would have been 19 going on 20. Wow.
I will edit them with the precision of a surgeon. There will also be a few other stories whose idea germinated several years ago, but have not been written and preserved...until today.
