The EES works off magic energizing the electrons of atoms in the air within a certain area and polarising them together.
So I get a solid energy shield that's light purple in colour, because I like purple, and can block both Magic, Energy and Physical attacks.
By energy I mean a superheated white fire literally had no effect.
I used my Gunblade with a high powered Piercing Hex and it bounced off.
And my sword bounced off it, scoring it slightly but that healed as it collected more unbound electrons.
I made two extra Holophone Gauntlets, and gave one to Hermione while the other went to Sirius. Now we can talk, and since it has a privacy function I can do it telepathically, so nobody can even see or hear me talking to Sirius since privacy mode hides the screen.
After some time I eventually chose to combine the two items, the Shield Generator is stored in the front third of the Gauntlet while the Holophone is in the middle third.
The back third is empty for an add-on in the future.
Meanwhile Hermione's gone absolutely nuts in the library, taking pictures of all the books and formatting them in her BMP and making spells off ideas she's had.
I do the same with spells and other 'Apps' I feel are useful and send them over to her when we sync our BMP's at the end of every week.
Ron doesn't have it and I can tell he's definitely noticed the difference, we have literally no trouble in class anymore thanks to having the reference material a thought away.
And considering how good our memory is anyways there's not much need for us to do even that.
The teachers have definitely noticed my improved work ethic and begin calling on me more in class.
