It was pouring buckets of water when the train arrived and we had to make a mad dash to the carriages and up to the castle.
The water wasn't done there however when Peeves dropped ice cold water balloons on peoples head's.
Eventually everyone got inside the Great Hall where Peeves preferred to not enter.
Probably out of fear of what Dumbledore would do to him.
I mostly ignore Dumbledore's speech, wondering if I could ward Gryffindor Tower of Peeves.
I begin constructing the right Rune Matrixes and Schemes to run the Portrait Hole and the windows while not affecting the Ghosts when Hermione nudged my arm.
"What?" I whisper.
"Dumbledore just announced that something called the Triwizard Tournament is being held here"
"And what? You think I care about some stupid tournament? I have bigger things to worry about"
Dinner appeared and I began eating quickly.
I hadn't eaten anything on the train, being to caught up in my thoughts to notice the Trolley Lady had passed.
"So you going to enter Harry?" Ron asked from across me.
"The tournament thing? No, I have a personal project that'll be occupying my time"
"But Eternal Fame Harry!" Ron moaned.
"Only survivor of the Killing Curse here Ron. I don't need fame. And I've come to find that fame's overrated"
"A Thousand Galleons then!" He fired at me.
"With the project I'm working on I could make more"
He looked at me skeptically.
"Harry you get the same grades as me, there's no chance in hell that you're going to invent anything"
"He already has Ronald. And I'll just say this, if what he's working on works? Everyone will want it" Hermione piped up from my side.
Ron still looked skeptical but turned to his food, seeing it as a better use of his attention.

"You want to set up a smithy... Why?" Professor McGonagall asks, her stern stare slightly unnerving me.
"I have a few projects and I need to build it, Transfiguration's a shortcut I don't want to use because a single reversion spell will destroy what I'm building"
I want to craft each piece of my MechaMagic Bike and inscribe them before putting them together.
I have the entire design memorised and deconstructed in my mind at various stages.
I also have a few other designs to make as well.
And I still need to give Hermione the Beta Magius Program as well.
"Projects? Mr Potter you are an average grade student. I sincerely doubt any project you have to work on has any educational value that won't be detrimental to your grades. I'm sorry but I will have to refuse your request" Professor McGonagall's tone never changed.
"Fine" I turn and walk out of the office with one last parting shot. "And you wonder why I never bother working harder in class"
I make my way to the Common Room and see Hermione off to the side, seemingly napping.
I walk up to her and compile a Copy Paste Spell and copy the entirety of the Beta Magius Program, a small needle sized strand of blue energy forms against my temple.
