Alwyn is often quiet and wears noise canceling headphones because his powers can disturb him too. He finds himself overwhelmed but with this he mastered control of sound waves, often using his powers to prevent them from reaching his ears during overstimulating events, just listening to music while he noise cancels. They avoided making high frequency waves for the sake of their own ears but now they don't have to worry with their mastery. Although he can't noise cancel anytime he wants incase of emergency. His hobbies include cooking, baking, reading, playing the clarinet, and chess. For his mandatory self-defense classes he takes weapon wielding and boxing. His school is somewhat a boarding school but no matter what it is, it's actually quite prestigious. Only the wealthy, athletes, people in the arts, and/or scholars get in. Unfortunately that means his best friend couldn't attend with him. Of course they were amazing, those things don't define people, but this school was shallow. Overall they are a chill person, mind their own business, and they're just nice to talk too. Their vibe is really relaxing. Well on the outside- on the inside they are actually quite blunt, easily agitated, and they just don't like socializing in general. Even though Alwyn may not like people he has a soft spot for kids and animals, who doesn't honestly? Sometimes when they think no one is around they nurture plants as if they were infants. Mushroom earrings, vine themed rings, and fake leaf piercings are a must for him. They like both the alt style and cottage core so they just combine them. They have a healthy relationship with their father but their mother is a little... different. He loves her and knows she doesn't mean to be that way but he can't help but feel hurt. Alwyn had an older brother, he was supposed to be the heir but he went missing. His brother was also named Alwyn. His mother naming him after his brother wasn't just some tribute but an attempt to pretend things never happened to his brother. She was obsessive, broken, and anxious for her child. This time she was determined to make sure she didn't loose this child. His mother keeps various tabs one him, has bodyguards spy on him, and just monitors almost everything he does. Almost. She created a funking super spy who can tell who is who just by hearing footsteps, someone who can sneak friends in and out of their guarded house, and can sneak themselves out. Rookie mistake on her end to be honest.

His mother had 3 miscarriages before his brother was born, chipping away at her already terrible mental health. As a little girl she was always raised to be the main supporter of the family and was expected to produce strong male heirs, they even got her an arranged marriage. She has undiagnosed OCD and is a psychopath. It was a blessing his father wasn't a bad person to rub salt in the wound of unwanted arranged marriage. Alwyn's brother is still alive. He got kidnapped when he was 11, brainwashed, and developed Stockholm Syndrome. Now he works for a criminal organization that took him. Their activities consist of being
loan sharks, blackmailing people of riches and influence, being hired hitman, and spies. Secretly he's been watching his family. He isn't very fond of the idea of their mother using Alwyn, his precious younger brother, as a replacement. Eventually he m^rders their abusive mother. It's true Alwyn's relationship with their mother wasn't the best but he still was her son. She was still family. She did care, in a deranged and unhealthy way, but she cared and loved her baby nonetheless. His brother didn't stop there though. He noticed one day his friend was jealous of Alwyn's status and school. They acted snarky. When they were going to his house again to apologize for their behavior, his brother had him disappear too. Everyone who wronged Alwyn in a way that made a bigger impact, went missing. It drove him to borderline insanity trying to figure things out. After their best friend's disappearance, he was determined to not make close bonds until everything was figured out. They didn't want anyone else around them to die. The detectives on the case were too slow for his liking so he took things into his own hands. Now he's trying to solve his brother's murders. His brother is actually amused by this and decides to play this "game". Deciding to make things more interesting, he goes in disguise as a teacher's assistant at Alwyn's academy.

He's the TA to Alwyn's Weapon Wielding Course under the alias of  Bleddyn Arawn Dew or Mr. Dew, he annoys the other students by showing visible bias to Alwyn. The class just assumes it's because he's skilled. No matter how messed up his mind may be, that was his brother and he had a soft spot. Gladly, he'd do anything that Alwyn asked because he feels some sort of kinship due to being raised in the same sort of toxic environment by the same woman. Plus he just genuinely wants him to live his best life. Sometimes he wonders what could've been if Alwyn was also kidnapped, he'd be happy to take him under his wing, bond, and be a family. He longed and yearned for an actual family. Without hesitation Mr. Dew would give him helpful feedback but was not at all fond of working with angsty, gross, hormonal teens. They were actually more alike than it seems. Especially in terms of socialization with students at that school.
