Blondie is downwind. No front landing gear.

No tail hook. Pull the cable and raise the barricade. Hondo yelled out

we surprisingly land successfully considering we had no front landing gear.

after we land I jumped out of the plane 

all the crew gathered around us cheering

yeah not too bad. I reply

 I run up to Bradley giving him a massive hug as he swings me around

That was some amazing flying, Blondie. he says

Thank you for saving me Bradley. I smile at him

right back at you. he said

I knew you couldn't live without me. I laugh

you're right, I probably can't. He says with a huge smile

Hey Bagman. Thank you too. I tell him 

Chalked yourself another kill.

well I  got five.

Makes me an ace. i say while giving one of his god awful smirk

what are you doing with your face. he asks laughing 

trying to look like you. I snap back

Rooster starts laughing hysterically

oh my gosh. ice had a video of it. he had tons of old footage of you guys from back at top gun. I tell them with tears in my eyes

why did ice have footage of us. maverick asks laughing

oh maverick, ice was practically gay for you. I say the tears from my eyes go down my face

we all had a good time after that.

I finally get home after such a long week.

Mom! I'm home from the mission. I yell out  

Amber!!! I missed you so much honey. sit down tell me everything. she said excitingly 

I began telling her everything that happened. she said I looked happy, happier than ever before.

I text all the aviators who went on the mission to go to the hard deck for one last drink

I wore a black top with some denim jeans. Bradley picked me up and took me there.

I see Hangman, phoenix, coyote, fanboy, payback, and bob near the pool table. I drag Bradley over with me

Hey y'all. what's happening! I say with. the biggest smile ever. happy that everyone is here with me

looks like you guys bumped into second for being the cutest aviator couple. Hangman said

we had some more beers and laughs.

after Bradley dropped me off. I started thinking my mom was right. I am happy. I'm happy with rooster. I'm happy that Maverick  was my dad. I was happy that we are all really close now. 

I am truly happy.
