Well, with that being said, I want to apologize in advance for any errors you may find in this book. As a student-athlete involved in various clubs, I may not update regularly, and the length of each chapter may vary. My mental health is my priority, and I'm willing to step back from writing if necessary. While I welcome constructive criticism, please remember to be kind—I don't take bullying lightly.
