Chapter 5

While the Rossi men all went down to see the killer in person Damien stayed back to check on his baby sister he walk towards her room and knocked lightly and didn't receive any answer so he opened the door to see her sleeping on the floor

He shook his head and picked her up and placed her on the bed he watched her for a few minutes before looking at her cat his brothers told him it's name was bread and he couldn't help but to chuckle what a stupid name

A few hours later just siting there watching her he heard his brothers and dad return blood all over all of them he just smiled he will get his shots in soon

Maric's pov
I woke up on the bed with my door opened I couldn't see bread anywhere and went to go look for him walking around for a while I seen maria and asked if she's seen bread anywhere she just told me kitchen so I went but he wasn't there

I wanted to cry I went to go look somewhere else for him when Matteo walked into the room holding him I ran towards him and he looked at me and smiled "can I get bread please" he handed him over to me and I cuddled him close to my chest and walked away

I was walking past the rooms when papa came out of one I walked towards him and grabbed his hand he walked back into his room and brought out a laptop and put it infront of me I looked at him confused but he told me to buy things for myself like clothes and items for bread

I didn't have money so I just looked he told me he had to go make a call so he left the room I was cold and wanted to take a shower so I grabbed clothes from his drawers and put them in the bathroom bread followed me into the bathroom and waited for me to finish

I dressed in one of papas t shirts and a pair of boxers that's what Luis said they were and walked back into the room papa was siting on his bed so I crawled in and laid next to him he took the towel and started drying my hair for me

After it was dry he started combing through my hair and I fell asleep against papa

Malachi's pov
My parents called to tell me they have urgent matters to speak with me about and my brothers and there wife's and children will be accompanying them here too so prepare there rooms

The room I given to my daughter is normally used for my godson and nephew Zion and he doesn't like sharing his room but if Marci wants she can just sleep in here with me I won't mind I love having my baby with me

I told my sons the family will be coming over in the next few hours I listened to a few curses saying why couldn't we at least have a full day with our sister to ourselves

I just sighed he was right but family is important and she's the first girl in generations I let them moved past it and started preparations for dinner I was making chicken Alfredo and garlic bread a family favourite and I wanted to see my daughter's reaction to it

A few hours later I was done making everything and was told by my parents they'll be here around midnight so we still had a few hours to ourselves I listened to footsteps coming down the stairs and watched my daughter rub her eyes before looking at everyone she smiled than ran over to me

She stood by me while everyone was seated and grabbed my hand she pulled my hand and I got up and followed as she pulled me towards two open chairs I let her do so all my sons just looked shocked because I always sit at the head of the table

We got served and her cat jumped in her lap she let go of my hands and started cutting her food into little pieces and feeding her cat I looked on shocked and went to say something but Leon beat me to it "bambino you feed cats cat food not human food that's for you"

She looked at him and told him "he's never had cat food he always eats what I'm eating that's how he survived he eats first then I eat" Leon shook his head and yelled at one of the maids to bring plain chicken for the cat

A little dish was brought and placed on the floor full of cut up chicken Marci brought it to her lap and placed her cat on her she started feeding her cat instead of eating so I grabbed her fork and stuck it in the pasta and started feeding her

She hummed in thanks than turned to him "It's really good papa thank you" he smiled at her

After eating a few bites of her pasta she was full he tried to feed her more but she just kept her head facing her lap and kept feeding her cat

She stood up and kissed my head and picked up bread and went towards her room Leon spoke up
"She needs to fix her eating habits feeding her cat before her own self is madness to me"

I agreed but didn't want to say anything on the matter till she seen our doctor so he can asses her properly
