"I met with him at my restaurant and he told me."

"I really didn't know about any of this. Rasaq didn't tell me."

"So your boyfriend got into a fight and you didn't have the common Sense to ask him what led to the fight."

"Haew abeg abeg.. Osas don't insult me. Don't you dare insult me." I cautioned her.

"I didn't Insult you Ola. I'm just stating the obvious. what did Rasaq tell you when you asked about the fight ?".

"He said it's all part of his plan."

"Which nonsense plan is that one eh!."

"He got the video of the fight on CCTV so he planned to use it if Seyi tries to fire me."

"Are you hearing yourself Ola ?. Rasaq is planning of blackmailing Seyi all because of a job."

"It's not just a job!" I snapped." I worked for this company for the past -"

"And the right way to show for that is to blackmail Seyi. Ola you have stooped low, very low."

"Osas I said not to insult me."

"I'm not insulting you Ola. What you guys were planning with the video doesn't make you any different from the person that released that confidential video online."

"And what makes you different from Rasaq huh?." I snarled. " someone confided to you and then you open your mouth waaa and tell everyone. The only difference between Rasaq and you is at least Rasaq told him to his face."

"And I blame myself for it. " Osas says, " I blame myself for telling anyone of you but still-"

"You know something Osas, Instead of lecturing me why not talk to the person that told Seyi
Just because I'm dating Rasaq doesn't mean you will be telling me all his faults. Don't you have mouth to tell him."

"It's fine Ola. It's my mistake for calling you." She disconnected the call.

What is wrong with Osas nowadays.

What am I saying? She had always been like this. Always thinks of her self better than me. First when she came, mom loved her so much and when mom died, dad became her next target.

She just came into my life to take everything I love. I've always been silent but no more again.

What was she doing with Seyi anyway?

What if she's planning of taking him. But his  engaged.

I scoffed. Whatever Osas wants she gets.

I'll inform Michael about it. After all Michael is my  friend first.

I dialed Michael number and he connected on the first ring.

"What's up?"

"I'm good. Have you talked to Osas today ?". I sat on the couch.

"No.. anything wrong with her?"

"Osas was with Seyi today." I said.

"What do you mean by was with Seyi ?".

"I mean Seyi came to meet her in her restaurant. She told me she had to discuss something about the Orphanage but I guess she just wanted to meet him."

"Why are sounding like this Ola. This might be their first time meeting and how do you know she was with Seyi?.".

"This is not their first time meeting. They met at the flight back to Nigeria. Seyi's fiancee accused Osas of being his mistress and she called me earlier and she told me she was with Seyi and he told her about Rasaq saying everything that she told us and she began to insult me, all because of Seyi and I told her it was for a video."

"Which video are you talking about?" He asked.

"Rasaq and Seyi got into a fight and....." I explained.

All this while Michael was quiet.

"But Osas can't like Seyi right?. It's not even up to a week."

I shrugged." I can't really say Micheal."

"Thanks Ola for telling me. I'll call her now."

"Anything for my friend."

"Any way, Gerald told me he has found the person that was engaged in the fraudulent act."

"Mr Okafor?" I asked. It had to be him. Cunning man he was.

"No. Mr Solape."

I couldn't believe my ears." Mr Solape?. Is Gerald sure?".

"I also asked him and and he showed me some paper trail leading to Mr Solape. Gerald has not told Mr Solape. He wants us all to be present that includes Seyi."

"I can't just believe it. Mr Solape?"

"Maybe that's why he looked disgruntled when Gerald talked about fraudulent work."

"You can be right." I said.

"Anyway... Thanks again. I'll call Osas and-"

"She said you lied to her last night. You were busy with your phone and you lied to her."

"Why are you telling me all this Ola?"

"Cause your my friend and you should know."

"I know you Ola. What's wrong?".

Osas Is what is wrong.

"I'm just a bit mad about her insulting me."

"So because she insults you, you then try to look for ways to spoil her image to me just to hurt her back. Isn't that a bit low for you."

"I didn't call you so that you can insult me Micheal." My temper stirred.

"Sorry. Thanks for telling me. I'll call her now." The line disconnected.

My thoughts trailed to Mr Solape.

How could he do something like this ?.

But somewhere in me I felt relieved that the fraudulent issue was resolved and I felt more pleased knowing that there would be a strain in Micheal and Osas relationship.

It may not be a good thing but I do deserve good things sometimes... Even if it's bad to others.
