Backround story:
Amelia grew up with her mom. They were best friends. She never met her dad since he died before she was born.
She was mostly a normal girl, but she and her mom knew that there's something different about her.
You see, Amelia found herself doing thing she didn't mean to do. For example, when she was just 5, she got angry beacuse her mom wouldn't give her a snack. And suddenly all of the kitchen cabinets flew open and the stuff inside them came crushing to the floor.
Or when she was 12 and got angry at her teacher beacuse she told her to get out of class. All of the pencils in the room flew up and launched themselfs at the teacher. She was fine at the end... but still got a few cuts.
Things like that happend more and more... but het mom always sepported her. And they manneged to keep all of it a secret. Until one day.
When Amelia was 17,she found out her mom lied to her. Her dad was alive. She got so angry... so angry that the whole house blew up around her. her mom with it.
After that Amelia ran away. Everyone thought she was dead. But she was actually living in the streets. She kept her identity secret.
For the last 6 years she learned to mostly control her powers and her emotions. She learned how to not get angry by keeping everything inside. And it worked. She never hurt anyone again. Like she hurt her mom.
Amelia lived in the shadows. She used her powers to help other homeless kids survive. Until one day, a group of famose supetheros cought her. And everything changed.
