The Rain drops
I hope this won't flop
I haven't seen sunlight in days
I am starting to go into a daze
Imagining how is life out there
How is this fair
I am locked away
And lost into this day
I am like a prisoner without the key
Only I may have to pay a small fee
But is this now my life
Is this what I get for picking up the knife
I have made mistakes
I must now stop shaking for my sake
I sit by the window and think of him
Who might be wondering were I have been
Who else knows were I am
This isn't fair to them
I haven't been able to talk
Or even go for a walk
I am like a cat stuck in its cage
Waiting until I go into a rage
I try to remain calm
But time is like a ticking bomb
I fear I may lose control
And go back into parole
Music I find is the key
It helps me out whenever I plea
Nurses here Nurses there
No one can see in look or stare
I might get a pass
That would be a blast
But not for awhile
So I try and smile
I hope I get out
So I may grow and sprout
