"mom ill be home soon, I'm just running late because I was walking my friend home. I'll be home soon mom love you" the girl hung up the phone, putting it in her bag as she continued to walk before It started to rain. she let out an soft-sigh as she loved the feel of rain she Ran around in it for a few minutes before hearing a faint cry, she paused for a moment her big black eyes looking around she tried to pull out her phone to call the police but the cries got louder like they were getting near her. her hand slipped and it landed in a puddle of water which cut out the phone completely , she then picked up the phone and tried to dry it off trying to push buttons but the hole thing was covered in water. the young girl sighing as she hit herself in the head with her fist "I knew I should've got a waterproof phone." she muttered under her breath "stupid, stupid !" as she grabbed her pocket knife in her backpack, her eyes widening while she was looking around her anxiety getting up high until there was a small "meow!" by her foot. she looked down at the cat who looked like it had human eyes and was standing on it's two back paws standing like an actual human, the cat wet. and cold. the girl looked down at it picking the thing up and using her arm to stop rain from following on it
"no collar?" she asked as the cat stared at her like it understood the human, shaking it's head no "so your a stray!" the cat nodded. the girl stared at the cat confused on how well it's clean and well fed "I'll call you flower, it's like the name florine!" the cat tilted it's head and wagged it's tail, it's claws retracted "it's my name, can you say florine??" florine asked the cat before she started giggling and putting her hand over her mouth there was a slight meow from the cat who seemed to showing it's teeth, they almost looked human, it was uncanny it meowed again. sounding like it was mimicking the word 'florine' the cat did it multiple times and scratched her arm
"OW!" Florin yelped, holding her arm and backing away from the cat. "why did you-" before florine could finish she was interrupted by a car speeding by that would've crashed into florine if she didn't move a moment ago, she looked at the cat who was walking away it's tail swishing behind it. "hey wait! I wanna keep talking to you!!" she chased the cat who began running, she eventually ended up in a strange forest. forests usually have animals making noises or hikers but this forest was dead silent florine couldn't help but feel like something was watching her as she kept walking through the forest going deep into it following the cat paw prints until she saw .. an Easter egg?? she picked it up before a voice was heard!
"hey!! me and my sister are playing a game with that egg do you mind?! You're borderline rude for taking something that isn't yours." florine looked up to see a human rabbit? not like the cat of course but an ACTUAL human rabbit, her ears were fluffy and her tail was floofy. she was wearing a buetfuil flower dress with green overalls and a red bow on her buetfuil blonde hair.
"oh I'm sorry ma'am! I'm just looking for a cat, seen one?" florine asked holding the Easter egg out for the bunny who eventually snatched and bounced away far enough that florine had to yell to be heard.
"I've seen alot of cats!! black ones, blue ones, dead ones. which one are you talking about pretty girl?" florine raised an eyebrow looking at the bunny girl who was hiding in a bush now, florine was much bigger than her so she easily grabbed the bunny by the ear which made the tiny bunny rapid kick at florine's arm "I need answers rabbit farmer. the cat Is about up to my stomach and has blue and white eyes, really good at sensing things especially when someone's about to die." florine spoke, seeing the bunny's eyes widening and her ears drooping down as she bit a chunk of florine's arm off, her skin in the bunny's mouth florine let an ear pitching scream which made the bunny girl's hurt so she covered them spitting out the skin in her mouth as the leafs on the ground crunch. it was the cat, the girl grabbed Florine and began running
"YOU LEAD IT TO ME!" the girl said in a panicked voice, running away from the cat for hours. eventually ending up by a buetfuil clear river which the girl jumped into "we'll be safe." she said in a quiet tone, mumbling something under her breath "what was that?" Florine asked getting close to the bunny girl once again, this time not touching her as her blood got into the water of the river the river getting red and dirty. the blood got in the bunnies fur "I said. my name is Roseville!!" Roseville shouted, her name almost sounded like the girls name that went missing in 2010 "Roseville??" florine asked
