jisung was trying to keep up with her fast flow of conversation, but he knew she was only trying to divert the topic of older men and smirked, "park seorin, i know you're trying to change the topic. I'm not that dumb, miss"
she crossed her arms and stood infront of him, "but you still are dumb"
"dumb in love with you," he winked- or tried to, but it still shocked seorin
he was more flirty when they texted and this was also really out of the blue.
"man, you need to take a bigger break, all this practice is getting to your head," she sighed and suddenly remembered the reason she was there in the first place, "since you're here, could you get some candy so sour it burns the roof of meihui's mouth?"
he opened his mouth to question the choice, but decided against it. nodding and heading out to buy the sourest candy he could find while seorin went to go pick up some pads for her best friend.
except she was not expecting kim yejin to be doing the same for herself. and she certainly didn't expect her to notice seorin too.
"park seorin? it really is you." she smiled that familiar menacing smile, "i saw your other friend with anger issues too the other day, witha boy with worse anger issues. I'm gonna assume the rest are here too?"
seorin didn't say anything, searching through the various options to find the pads mei usually used. but it was hard to focus with yejin's mouth that didn't want to shut up.
"so she got in here? for music, I'm guessing. she always liked it- I don't really know why. it's not like heejin was good at it anyway-"
"keep her beautiful name out of your filthy mouth"
the older smiled wider, tilting her head to the side. not wanting to stop yet, she kept speaking, "also you too? don't tell me you got in for fashion with your atrocious sense of style"
"what about your sense of decency? do you even have any?" the younger said back, getting angrier by each passing second
"chill out, what the fuck are you getting so angry for? you're still the same. can't even take a tiny harmless joke," she scoffed and rolled her eyes
before seorin could go WWE on her, a deeper voice answered for her, "if you call body-shaming and making others leave what they love a 'tiny and harmless joke' then i suggest you use your university funds to get your brain checked"
much to seorin's surprise, again, stood jisung. he wasn't even trying to hide his disgust, making it obvious he was judging the girl infront of him and seorin.
feeling protective over the girl, he wrapped an arm around seorin's shoulder and bowed to the other presence who was more than confused
"now if you excuse us, me and my girlfriend have much better things to do," he said, taking seorin away to check out before leaving the store
they walked in silence until seorin stopped her tracks, slapping her forehead with her hand and groaning

"i forgot to buy the pads for mei"
