Diana never had a choice. Decisions were made for her, her life was in the hands of everyone's but her own. She was a hunter, another decision made by someone else.
To be a hunter was an honour she didn't take lightly, devoted to this new way of life, Diana hardly knew the ever evolving world around her. She found the only family she ever needed in the hunters, she didn't need anything else.
At seventy-two, Diana went on a mission to kill a manticore. Simple. Easy. Yet it was anything but. With a young girl flinging herself off a cliff, Artemis leaving the hunters with boys (what was she thinking?) and finding a brother, it was safe to say that Diana was too old for this.
