Am I?

Am I as pretty as I thought,
Or are my eyes just blind?
The way I've been seeing myself
Is no longer kind.

My hair is discoloured and choppy,
And just out right dead.
My freckles are fading
Being replaced by blackheads.

My body is skinny,
Yet I am fat in the wrong spots.
With all of my acne
You could play connect the dots.

I have no boobs
I am completely chest.
I am flat all over,
And my ass wasn't blessed.

We can't all have that body
With the hour glass waist.
Every inch of my body
I wish was replaced.

All these imperfections
In which I use to adore.
Will now only be imperfections
This I wish I could ignore.
