The kiss

Sadies pov

I wake up streaching my arm across the bed. Its empty but I can feel the indent and warmth left from y/ns body.

I rub my eyes finally opening them to see the white bed sheets and blanket ruffled around me. I push my hair back taking the hair tie off my wrist, wrapping it around my hair. I place my feet on the ground feeling the cold air. I walk down the hall, seeing light shine in through the grand windows in the living room.

"Hey." I say my voice still scratchy

"Oh hey sleepy head." y/n says looking up from her phone. Her hair is nicely brushed, the ends are gently resting on her shoulders.

"What time is it?" I ask covering my face from the bright sun

Y/n looks down at her phone and back up at me quickly "7:02, we need to be at set by 8:00."

"Ughh.." I groan stomping down the hallway to the bathroom

"Theres green juice in the fridge!" Y/n shouts down the hall. 

Today's the day. I console myself as me and y/n drive down the bright street. The radio plays behind my thoughts. Y/ns kissing finn today. Its just for a sence but im not looking forward to it either way. I've been dreading this day since I got the new script. Me and y/n haven't talked about it once but we both knew it was coming. I won't even be on set for the kiss im supposed to be in hair, makeup and fittings all morning. I don't know if that makes me feel better or worse. I want to be there but at the same time I don't.

Me and y/n pull into set. She parks in our spot and we climb out of the car making our way to the main set. We're greeted by millie, gaten and finn

"Hey!" Mille shouts wrapping her arms around me finn and gaten aren't far behind as they hug both me and
Y/n.

"Hey! How long have you guys been here?" I ask

"I've been here since 7:00. They called me in for early hair and makeup and rehearsal with these to dummies." Millie says smiling.

I look down at my phone 8:10.

"Shit, uh y/n we should get to hair and makeup.

"Okay, well ill see you guys later." Y/n waves the key jingling in her hand.

Y/n gets to her trailer 017 hair and makeup #1.

"I love you and ill see you later." I wave as y/n walks up the small stairs of the trailer

"Bye my love see you later." Y/n adds opening the door to the trailer.

I smile goofly walking down to my trailer. I'm starting in hair and makeup as well which usally takes about an hour and a half. Im assuming its the same for y/n so I might be able to see her before I go for my fittings.

I just finished up in hair and makeup. I make my way out of the small trailer and down the stained steps. I have to be in fitting at 9:35 so I have about 12 minutes to met y/n. I'm not sure if shes on set yet but I make my way to 3rd set/ mikes basement where they're filming the kiss. Its supposed to be a truth or dare circle with mille, gaten, finn, y/n and calebs characters so they should all be there by now. I walk onto set and see y/n in costume along with everyone else.

"Hey!" I say shouting to y/n

"Oh hey. I didn't expect to see you till later." Y/n says

"Yeah I just had a few minutes and thought I'd stop by." I say wrapping my arms around y/ns shoulders.

"Set!" Matt yells

"I got to go but ill see you later. I have break at 2 if you're not filming then." Y/n says smiling

"2 it is then, love you." I say y/n smiles back at me blowing me a kiss. I blush walking out of set.

Time skip... 
(9:32pm)

All the cast finished filming for the day. We're all sitting around a small table in millies trailer talking. Y/n is sitting on lap. I have my arms wrapped around her waist. Gaten decides to bring up y/ns and finns kiss. I was waiting for someone to bring it up.

"So y/n how was the kiss with finn?" he says teasing y/n making kissy sounds. 

"Shut up gaten!" y/n says laughing.

"Come on tell us, how was it?" gaten mocks leaning over the table

"Omg gaten give it up." Finn says slapping gatens shoulder. We all laugh

"It was a good kiss okay. Y/ns a-" finn  hesitates to finish looking up at me. I raise my eyebrow intrigued

"Y/ns a good kisser." he mumbles into his shirt. Everyone ooos nugging finn and y/n. I watch y/ns face turn bright red as she trys to wipe a smile from her face. I let my hands fall from her hips. A little mad that finn would say that especially when i sitting right here and that y/n would be smiling at his comment.

"I would know." I mummble

"What was that sadie?" Gaten says

"I just said.. I would know." Everyone ooos again which seems to annoy finn his face turning for a smile to a frown.

"Yeah sadie we know, you know." Finn says rolling his eyes. Now this makes me angry. Why is finn being such a jerk all of a sudden

"Someones tyrna steal sadies girl." Caleb says

"Come on finn its not that deep." Millie says tapping his shoulder. Y/n just sits in silence.

"Well FINN!" I say quickly

"Y/ns better at other things to, like things you wouldn't understand like.. like sex things." I say letting the words fall from my mouth. Once they're out I realized how bad they were. Everyone went silent looking at me. Y/n turned her head back

"Sadie what the fuck." Y/n whispers as if everyone couldn't hear her.

"Uhh I think me and sadie are going go." Y/n says standing up from my lap. My face is bright red I can feel the heat burning on my cheeks as im frozen in place.

"Umm I geuss we'll see you tmr." Y/n says nervously. I bolt up rushing past y/n and out of the trailer. I'm so embarrassed. Thoughts rushing through my head as I hear y/ns soft foot steps behind me.

"Sadie!" She calls out as I rush to the car

"Sadie!" She repeats I hear her foot steps get heavier

"What!" I yell back keeping my eyes facing the car

"Sadie what was that?!" She shouts
"Why would you say that?!"

"I- I don't know I was angry it just slipped out..." I say stopping wrapping my arms around myself. 

"Sadie you can't just say that because you're mad." I don't respond I just continue to the car pulling the keys out of my pocket and hitting the unlock button. I climb into the car and y/n isent far behind. She opens the door jumping in quickly. Its quiet. I sit silently waiting for the car to warm up

"Y/n... im sorry I really didn't mean to I don't know what I was think i- I wasent thinking I was just speaking and-" y/n cuts me off

"Were you serious?" She asks leaning forward to face me.

"What?"

"Were you serious about.. like the sex thing... You think I'm.. good?"

"Well yeah.. ofcourse i think your good." I say. I never thought I would be having this conversation, I just thought it was implied that I liked it

"Umm by chance do you think i could be better?" She says holding back a smile

"HM?" I spit

"Do you think I could be better?" She says again

"I don't really know how to answer this.. I mean yes I geuss." I say slowly

"Do you think if we practiced more I could get better." My eyes widening at her words as a goofy smile appears on my face

"Uh yeah.. yeah definitely I mean practice makes perfect right." I say stumbling over my words. She smiles

"Good too know." She says putting a hand on my thigh. I grip the steering wheel with a wide grin left on my face
