"Right, I'll see you later dad, take care !" He said as he ran out of the room .
"Alright..." I said as he left .
Oh shoot, I need to be there as well ! I spread my wings and flew out of the room as fast as I could to the HQ .
"F♡ck... The Commander is gonna be so mad at me..." I thought as I ran out .
♡Volt's POV♡ "An emergency...?, but we just left, I better get going then ." I thought as the force gem rang . I looked at Lucy, we both knew what to do . It was the first time we would have a mission in months, oof- . We rushed ourselves to the HQ, we ran into Sammy on our way . Sammy looked at us, Lucy noticed him and looked away . We finally arrived at the HQ were Max was and Commander Chen were waiting for us . They seemed to have been discussing something . We all spaced ourselves around the table waiting for the Commander to speak . I looked around, I couldn't see Austin anywhere . Austin had never been this late before, something's wrong...
◇MEANWHILE WITH AUSTIN◇
♡Austin's POV♡ I was on my way to the HQ when I was stopped by Pascal .
"Well, if it isn't the Commander's little squeeze..." Pascal said with a smirk .
Little squeeze ?, what was he talking about ? , probably wasn't important anyway . I looked around, I was surrounded by Zero-Bots .
"Pascal, what do you want from me...?" I said calmly while trying to observe what he was holding . It appeared to be a syringe, but what it contained was still un-clear to me .
"Ah~, It seems you've noticed my latest creation..." He spoke again .
"Are we seriously going to do this...?" I asked him .
"If you choose not to Co-operate, then yes ." He responded .
I sighed, pulled out my force gem and transformed into my suit .
"Very well then, Zero-Bots !, capture him !" He commanded the Zero-Bots as he pointed at me .
The Zero-Bots charged at me with full speed . I realised I couldn't take them all on my own, I needed back-up . I activated my force weapon and turned it into a gun . I jumped and began shooting at them , but... something went wrong... I sprained my leg as I landed, lost my balance, fell and hit head hard on a rock . I slowly began to loose my consciousness as Pascal and other Zero-Bots approached me .
"Better luck next time, Austin. " Pascal said as I turned back into my normal form and finally passing out .
◇BACK AT THE HQ◇
♡Commander Chen's POV♡ Austin has never been this late before... I guess I'll have to proceed without him .
"As usual, Pascal and his army are causing chaos in the village, you mission is to go and stop him..." I began .
"Pascal again !?, I thought he wouldn't come after all the beatings he recieved ?" Sammy said in a doubtful tone .
"Unfortunately, he's back now, this time, stronger and more ready than ever to take us down..." I continued .
"Don't worry, we'll just defeat him again :)" Lucy said with a reassuring smile, one that seemed to reduce the tension everyone else felt .
Max seemed paranoid anytime we mentioned Pascal's name, it was almost as if he didn't trust himself .
"Umm, can I stay back...?, I don't really think I'll be useful..." He said while looking down sadly .
"Your not useless Max, we trust you !" Sammy responded .
"Yeah Max !" Lucy added while Volt just nodded in agreement .
"You really trust me...?" Max said as he slowly looked back up .
"Mhm-hmm" Lucy nodded .
"Okay then what are we waiting for?, let's go kick Pascal's A$$ and put him in his place !" Sammy said courageously as he beamed with pride .
We all smiled, nice to see the team finally getting back together again :) .
