it was safe to say that the cast charlotte drove with to the premiere absolutely adored gracie. the moment they sat down in the limo, maddie was already right next to gracie and introducing herself. malachi, otherwise known as her on screen boyfriend ravi, was apparently a total fan of gracie which charlotte found adorable, watching him take pictures with her and smiling.

she could tell gracie was nervous as they approached the premiere. her leg bounced as her eyes stared out the window and her fingers gripped tighter around charlotte's. but she had all the reason to fell this way since technically this is when she'll be seeing charlottes parents, possibly even speak to them.

charlotte squeezed gracie's hand, leaning closer to her to place a kiss on her cheek, and whispering a "ready to like break the internet or whatever?" just as she felt the limo come to a stop.

"mhm," gracie nodded and smirked, "be prepared for my parents to have a heart attack from this."

the followed maddie and malachi out the limo and charlotte put on her winning smile at the screams of people behind the entrances barricade. but when gracie stepped out and charlottes took her hand, her ears almost erupted from how long everything got. she was nearly blind at all the rapid fire flashing cameras directed at them, and gracie was absolutely stunned. with only having two EP's out, she wasn't really as known around the world as charlotte since she was currently a slightly underground artist while charlottes has been in many different projects and has worked with many bigger names. so it was definitely a new thing for her to see this many people going crazy and this many cameras screaming her name.

charlotte, knowing a premiere by hand, walking forwards through the gated entrance with maya right behind her and one of the security members, smiling and squeezing gracie's hand. almost immediately, she spotted sadie and caleb, standing amongst a group of invited people and talking, so charlotte dragged gracie over and appeared behind their shoulders.

"why are you two always matching?" she chuckled as sadie and caleb turned around.

they didn't even answer charlotte they just stared wide eyed at her and gracie.

"wow, hey gracie i didn't know you were coming," sadie said as she hugged them both hello.

"yeah, especially considering your parents are here charlie," caleb said, giving them hugs. "are they here yet?"

charlotte gave a tight lipped smile, "no clue, we haven't been speaking really."

sadie frowned, "aw, hun—"

"no no, it's cool, i'm actually doing a lot uh happier or whatever, i don't wanna focus on pissing then off anymore what's done is done," she said, looking over she shoulder as she spoke.

"are they going to meet you tonight gracie?" caleb asked.

gracie shrugged, "maybe, but y'know if i do it won't be too bad, they gotta be civil here," she said and looked to charlotte who nodded. she stared at charlottes cheek, the same one her dad had hit and but her tongue. she wanted to slap that man right back the second she found out, and who knows maybe she might the second she sees his face. she knew all she would see is the man who hurt her girlfriend and ripped her heart.

"let's like not think about them now and have fun instead," charlotte enthusiastically said as she swung her and gracie's hands.

"hey lotts," maya said tapping her arm, "let's get you lined for the carpet. hey sadie and caleb, you guys should get ready too."
