Alhaitham's POV:
What the hell?! Kaveh has an illness, and I caused it?! How'd that happen, I need to know, I can't possibly lose him!
Millions of thoughts ran through my mind as I waited for Tighnari's answer.
"He has Episonia" He finally tells me, Cyno looked so disappointed at me
"What!?" I sprung up from my seat, my face looking all worried and shocked, he has Episonia? No, no, no, NO! Why did I have to to this!? It's all my fault Kaveh's going to die, I should have treated him better!
I can't live without him...
Third person's POV:
Alhaitham was worried and scared for Kaveh, he was so guilty of himself, he wanted to turn back in time to make things right but it was to late...
As the three continued talking, Kaveh was having another headache back at Cyno and Tighnari's house, but it wasn't like any normal headache, it felt like his head was spinning, and then everything went black.
Kaveh fainted on the floor, laying unconsciously as his pulse became weaker and weaker, his heart slowing down
Kaveh knew it was time, all of he memories ran through his head, his first step, his first word, his first day at school, he smiled weakly as he remembered his parents accompanying him as he played with his wooden blocks
His eyes felt heavy like he was going to fall asleep, but it was for the last time, he closed his eyes, smiling before the moment came, Finally it was time to go, he took his last breath, which was a sigh of relief...

The three finished talking, the two lovers walked hand in hand as they arrived at their shared home.
Tighnari opened the door, seeing Kaveh laying on the floor, lifeless, his face was pale and he wasn't breathing
Both of them rushed to Kaveh's side, checking his pluse, and calling the ambulance.
Just after a few minutes, the paramedics arrived, putting Kaveh on a strecher

The two were in the waiting room, praying in their minds that Kaveh would make it, suddenly Alhaitham ran in the room, looking worried sick, what did he want!?
"What do you want. " Cyno said in a smooth, stern but annoyed tone, glancing at Alhaitham
"I heard what happened to Kaveh on the news, where is he" His voice cracked, he looked like he was going to cry
A nurse came out of the ER, holding a clipboard with all of Kaveh's information on it, she looked sad
"I'm sorry to tell you this but, he might not make it... " She said sadly which made them get even more worried
Alhaitham's POV:
'Might not make it' those words echoed through my mind, Kaveh's going to die because of me! No, no, no, no... I don't wanna lose him...
Oh Lord... Please tell me he will make it... He needs to live...
The doctor's POV:
We were trying everything to save him, we tried multiple devices already, but nothing seems like it's working, we are losing hope but we still have to keep going and try to save him

After what felt like an eternity, we finally brought Kaveh back to life! We were so relived
We brought him to the ICU, connecting multiple wires and machines to him for us to monitor him, he was still asleep but that was normal
All we have to do is tell them he's safe. "He is okay now" I smiled happily, seeing the three's faces light up, Tighnari sighed in relief, Cyno was shocked but happy, and Alhaitham looked he was going to cry of happiness
Cyno's POV
Us three entered the room, seeing Kaveh safe and sound, he was opening his eyes slowly
"Kaveh! I'm so glad your alive! " Tighnari rushed to him, almost crying from joy, my heart was beating faster than anything, I thought we would lose him...
Kaveh's POV:
What the... What is Alhaitham doing here!? I thought he hated me but now he looks like he's going to cry? Did he regret it? Pfft, as if.
god... I almost died, thank Archons Tighnari and Cyno saved me before it got worse
Alhaitham's POV:
Just seeing Kaveh in the hospital makes my heart break, I need to apologize to him as soon as possible
"Me and Cyno have to deal with something at the Akademiya, we'll check on you whenever we're free, okay?" Tighnari said in a reassuring tone, squeezing Kaveh's hand lightly
"Get better soon, Kaveh" Cyno smiled as the two lovers left
Now, it was just me and Kaveh, all alone in one room...
