I walked through the aisles at target and put thing for my babies in the cart. As I was walking, I heard someone say something to me so I turned around.
"How you doing beautiful?" He asked
"I'm good" I said giving him a weak smile hoping he would go away
"My name Chris. What's your name?" He asked
"Sorry but I'm not really interested in meeting anyone or making any friends" I said as nice as I could
"I understand. Have a nice day though" he said walking away
I'm done with men.
Why would Salem go behind my back and do some shit like that? Like he didn't even tell me.
I finished doing my shopping and drove home. Once I put everything away I put on my workout outfit. I grabbed my keys and gym bag then drove to the gym.
I drank my pre workout out then walked inside the LA fitness. I started my workout and it last for about 2 hours.
Once I was done I decided to pop up on one of my besties. I drove to her apartment and once I got there I knocked on the door.
"Damn bitch what took you so long?" I asked
"Oh Kai my bad" she said laughing but still standing in the doorway
"You gon let me in ho? I'm tired and I wanna rest while I tell you what the hell ben going on" I said
"Oh yeah Duhh" she said laughing louder and letting me in
I went straight to the kitchen and grabbed a bottle of water then sat on the couch next to her.
"Long time no see, this new man must be trying to take you away or something" I joked but seriously
"Maybeeee" She dragged grinning
"Well tell him it's static because ion like that he think he finna take you away from me. You know you're my man" I said blowing her a kiss and biting at her
"Girl get on" she said laughing
"But how you been miss girl?" I asked her
"Good. Just work and planning for my birthday. We're going to the Virgin Islands" she said
"Bitch you know I can't go" I said pointing at my ankle monitor
"Oh shit damn Kai... I forgot" she said
"It's cool. I'll remember that" I said fake crying
We talked for a little bit more then I noticed some big ass slides as I was walking down the hall to her bathroom.
"These his shoes? Salem had them same dusty ass slides that he would leave just like that and I always tripped over them" I said shaking my head and laughing
